Pensione Casa Guadagno

I stayed here in late July of 2006 with my sister for a girls weekend while in Italy. And if Positano wasn't charming enough, we had the experience from this Pensione to push the charm over the edge! Pensione Casa Guadagno is a lovely B&B in Positano. We stayed in Room 2 which was very traditional in its decor, clean and had fantastic views. The room was cleaned daily with regular clean sheets and towels. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast but adequate. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I would highly recommend this fantastic find in a usually expensive Positano. We paid €85 a night. We found this pension in "Let's Go" and couldn't have been happier with it. Our double room cost 90 euro/night, including breakfast. We had planned on 2 nights and extended to 4 rather than move to a more expensive hotel in Amalfi. Our room had a very private balcony overlooking the sea (rooms 5 and 6 have the biggest balconies).
