Club Faru

Just got back from Club Faru this morning, so this is hot off the press. I booked this holiday in August 06 at a cost of £1500 each it was the best deal at the time for a Christmas and new year stay, all the rest were £2000 + and that was for just half board but for 4 *. My son had been here in October so we knew what to expect for what we paid. We had a great time although we had the worst weather in the maldives for 17 years it rained nearly every day for the two weeks we were there but we refused to let it spoil our time there. Yes it is close to the airport but so what it meant you were at your island quicker and left your island at the lastest time so you got your full holiday. We had read a lot of Club Faru prior to booking a last minute deal. We have previously stayed a number of times at the sister island Fihalhohi (two weeks prior to this holiday) and really wanted to go to Club Faru to meet up once again with Freddy (base leader) on Club Fary with the Ocean Venture Diving Team.
