Azalea Hotel, Bruges
The Azalea Hotel is a small, family-run hotel housed in a patrician residence and brewery dating from the 14th century. In keeping with its history, the hotel is decorated in a romantic style and has retained many original features. Situated alongside one of Bruges' picturesque canals, the hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the main shopping streets and the Market Square. The hotel bar has a small terrace and garden alongside the canal.

I enjoyed my stay at the Azalea Hotel very much, first of all because Bruges is such a nice town to visit, with all the historical building. The Azalea hotel is the perfect place to stay when you visit Bruges. It's a charming family hotel with only 25 rooms, the staff is very helpful and makes you feel at your ease. They know really nice restaurant so don't hesitate to ask their suggestions. We had dinner in 'the koeste' a very good restaurant recommended by the receptionist.
The hotel has a private car park, which is very easy because the hotel is situated in the middle of the centre, so you can visit everything by foot and you don't have to worry about your car.
The buffet breakfast is very good in the morning and you have a large choice of all kinds of little breads.
I hope to visit Bruges again next year with the Christmas markets because they told me that's a beautiful time to spend in Bruges. And I will stay at the Azalea Hotel Again, no doubt!
