Casa Andrea

We had an opportunity to stay the night of June 3, 2005. We had a wonderful experience at Casa Andrea and wished we had more time to stay longer. The staff is very friendly and Andrea takes pride in providing a quiet, clean and charming place to her guests. We felt as if we were staying at a friend's home by the way we were treated. My girlfriend and I were at Casa Andrea from 05/21 - 05/25/05 and I have to say... It was a great a experience. From the beautiful courtyard and wonderful staff (Everyone was very friendly), to the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere, Casa Andrea made our experience to Puerto Vallarta something to truly remember. Why on earth anyone would stay at a Marriott or Hilton when you could stay here for much less money and extremely better atmosphere. I stayed at Casa Andrea 4/7-4/10, 2005. Weather was perfect. The hotel is a very clean and well maintained friendly spot near the beaches (2 blocks) and near plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. The pier, where many charters depart, was right down the street. The breakfasts were good (homemade bread pudding one day)and served on a very comfortble flowered patio. Pool was small but clean. We stayed at Casa Andrea for half our stay in Puerto Vallarta a few weeks back. While the grounds are very pretty and well kept, the service left something to be desired. Whenever we go on vacation, we check out the B&B's or smaller hotels first just because the service and hospitality is usually much nicer. Here at Casa Andrea, we waited for the owners to check in and there was no one at the front desk to help us with the process.
