I was a bit concerned about staying at a hotel in Bulgaria before I went, but there was no need to be! Mourgavets is a fantastic hotel with great facilities. The rooms were of a great standard, the food was good and the staff obliging.
There is plenty to buy in the hotel also -even ski equipment. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, and I really couldn't fault the place. Skiing was terrific.

The food is as good as you get anywhere in Bulgaria, if not better. The rooms are better than many of our 3 and 4 star hotels. The location is perfect, central and no need to even go outside really as you can get to almost everywhere in the resort from many tunnels between Mourgavets and the Perelik Hotel.
It's fabulous and even provides beauty treatments, massage and leisure facilities... pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. Highly recommended and if I hadn't purchased my own apartment, we would be staying there this year too.
Go book and stay here.... I'm really quite hard to please and it won me over!!
