Natz Ti Ha Condominios

These condo's are amazing. Close to the beach, close to the best shopping and restaurants. Felt very safe and comfortable. The pool was huge and warm and if you want to jump from the pool to the beach its right out the back gate. Our condo was very well stocked, cool and comfortable. Would love to go again.

My family and I have stayed at Natz Ti Ha on both occasions when we visited Carmen De Playa - we prefer the more authentic Carmen De Playa more that the Cancun "Las Vegas style" resorts. The condo has 3 rooms with bathrooms in each, air conditioned, house keeping, laundry, boogie boards [used in Cancun mostly when we did our side trips], Movies/DVDs, games, books, pool, and other homey plushes.....Super Walmart and Grocery stores are in Playa and Costco in Cancun. We just returned home from our 2 week vacation staying at Natz Ti Ha. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit - C301. Thsi unit was nice & bright and had a great view of the ocean looking north from the kitchen window. Nice to look at when doing the dishes. This condo complex has something that a lot of properties in Playa are missing and that is a Mexican feel. My family and I had a wonderful christmas holiday at Natz ti ha we stayed in a 3 bedroom G-201. The condo was very clean and was decorated with a personal touch. The view was amazing and the sliding glass doors that opened all the way up really made the place feel open to the elements and tropical. The condo was equipped with just about anything you would need (2 blenders!), and a few small stores close by were great for picking up beer and last minuet supplies. Our brand new accomodations were the most comfortable, we enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. To our surprise we found spices, milk, coffee a fruit basket, even a small Xmas three !!! The condo was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroooms had German bath products, had quality linens, Bertha the caretaker was very helpful, she was very gracious, at her home she made delicious tacos and tostadas and shared them with our family. The Natz Ti Ha is a wonderful place to stay in Playa. It is close to the ocean, only a few steps out the back gate. Beautiful gardens and well a a very nice pool and lounging area. Each of the condos are unique in their own way, I especially liked the first level units with the patios, although the upper units do get more of a breeze and have views of the ocean. We stayed at Natz Ti Ha condos (J-301) I believe for three nights in June. The property was clean and well kept. There were five of us in a 3 bedroom condo. We could have fit 8 comfortably. The condo had drinking water for us at no charge and all amenities listed. The beach is close and beautiful. We hated leaving. For the price and quality, it was probably one of few in Playa del Carmen. We didn't have a car, but taxis were readily available and the northern end of 5th ave was about 3 blocks away.
