Lesante Hotel & Spa

We had 2 weeks here over May/June. Only criticism was the cost of drinks, like others we used the supermarket at the end of the approach road and drank water during the day. Dont understand the critisism of the staff as all staff from cleaners to concierge and managers were brilliant, I'm an ex Head Chef and my wife a very fussy veggie so we only ate at the hotel on the first day. This hotel is undoubtedly the most stylish and modern hotel in Zakynthos. We found it to be really quiet and liked that very much.The hotel and its rooms are exactly as shown in the photos on the official site.The pool ..amazing! The room very clean, with a big comfy sofa and a nice flat Tv. The bathroom has a hairdrier and a magnifying mirror along with a nice selection of bathroom items. Had excellent holiday, the staff could not do enough for you. Food was excellent, smoked salmon and scrambed egg at breakfast, meals in the evening were good. The rooms were lovely, power shower, flat screen tv, leather sofa, nice comfy bed. pool area was lovely, nice and relaxing. The hotel wasn't completely finished when we were there, like the spa, but it didn't spoil the holiday, I bet it is even better and I am thinking whether to go back next year because we had such a good time.

Have just returned from the Lesante Hotel in Zante. This is a very modern, stylish hotel, only 3 mins walk to beach & 10 min walk to bars & shops. The rooms are beautiful and kept clean. However the hotel is let down by the poor food and even worse service, especially in the restaurant. The choice of food was very limited but this may have been because the hotel was quite quiet being brand new, but the quality of food had a lot to be desired especially at the beginning of the holiday when it was at its worst.
