Ok, where to start? weel as i write we are still here and due to fly back on 2nd July Warning this is not a 5* hotel...... If you have booked because it says it has a PADI dive centre then you'll be in for a disappointment, They bus you to a dive centre and charge 8euros for doing so. We stayed in June 2010 and were very happy with the room and lovely seaview from a large balcony. There were no tea and coffee making facilities as promised by Thomson but as soon as we spoke to the staff they were brought to our room. However they were not replenished every day but I am sure this would have happened if we had pressed further. There were small details lacking like this along the way (including a lack of toilet paper) but the staff were only too happy to help when requested. This is a lovely hotel, definately 5* quality. Here are the good and not so good points: Not so good - There are not enough sunloungers around the pool for guests. However the staff at reception did say that they were expecting the arrival or more sunbeds any day. There are not enough staff at breakfast and we often waited 10-20 minutes for a table. Breakfast is from 7.30-10.30am, a lot or people (including us) seem to arrive at 10am which is when we had to queue. We are glad we chose the last week in May as the weather was excellent and the hotel was very quiet. The windbreakers around the pool area ensure it feels warm. For us this facility had everything we needed, very calm , very friendly laid back staff and a wonderful enviroment. However it is advertised as a 5 star spa resort which it is not. It is 5 star i suppose in comparison to other venues in Corfu but not on any other scale. As it was quiet the facilties were fine but the spa and sauna would only seat 4 per sitting and the gym is small.... more

We travel as family for our holidays, us and two teenage kids. We usually book a suite for ourselves and single rooms for our kids. I have to admit that we are spoiled with great luxury hotels. When booking the hotel we recognized that this is brand new establishment and expected the consequences, such as, smell of fresh paint and unfinished construction work.
