I would like to draw your attention that the driver who had a bad attitude does not work for the hotel but for the excursion company; we have already addressed the incident to the management of the company and they have taken the necessary steps towards the driver. As the services provided by the Excursion Company did not meet with your expectations; we were glad to help you in getting a sort of discount/ compensation from the excursion company as a kind of compensation. Finally I would like to assure you that from our side we have taken the necessary steps to avoid such future occurrences and we have taken severe measures with our team members to ensure that such experience do not occur again.
