Hotel 33 Blackpool

I want this review removed at once. Obviously if you read it you can see that it a revenge tatic ti hurt us. These people booked threw late rooms separately when turning up ended being a 21st birthday party yes we went into there rooms when they left as the owners of the hotel next door heard a very loud bang they had broken a new shelf plus stained new quilt covers the staff collected over 100 empty alchol bottles from 7 rooms. Is it a hotel crime to ask for money when there is breakages and do you really think there was dog hairs in every breakfast. I will send you reciepts of all new duvet covers and sheets if you wish. To prove we do not put blood stained covers down nor do we make up beds with old socks still there. Plus how do they know dogs were in kitchen as the kitchen is at the back of the hotel. Late rooms are dealing with my complaint on my behalf and will not let them book again with there company. If trip advisor is in the habit of printing lies from obviously stupid customes then I do not think much of your company you must like the fact that you could lose people there home and business without finding the true facts first. If you not remove this review at once I will sue you if it costs me my last penny.

Once again Trip advisor is printing facts that they do not investigate. These people never were booked into my hotel. They obviously were staying at the other Grosvenor Hotel on Albert Road Blackpool we are on Palatine Road. A little indication of the untruths is we are a all female run hotel there is NO male staff at all. And if someone whats to cancel it is not a problem and never has been. Like my last message remove this one aswellL because you are really annoying me now. And if I lose a penny because of your delightful people that write into you I will sue you and write into all the papers nationwide about your NASTY little back stabbing reviews......... I wonder how your company will like to read about yourselves?

Dear unimpressed I am very sorry for any discomfort that you experiened while staying at our hotel. Let me comment first about the two single beds that were in the family rooms both are brand new and if you wish I can send you a reciept to prove this. The size of the rooms are a standard family the previous owners slept 4 adults in each we now only sleep 3 persons in each so there is plenty of room. As for the bed linen looking unclean the bed linen is cleaned well before each new guest arrives and each bed has 3 sets of linen. I cannot promise that there will not be a stray hair as this is life. The hotel is well advertised as dog friendly and hopefully people friendly aswell So I can only apologise for the dog in the dining room but it was not my dog it was a guest pet and they presumed that the dog was allowed into the dining room. You friends breakfast I cannot comment as you never said anything at the time I could not correct it. You never made any complaints during your stay and seemed to be happy when you left. I like my guests to be happy with there stay and I cannot do anything to help if you do not say anything to a member of staff. I think if it had been that bad you would of wanted a full refund. best regards The manager
