The Beechfield Hotel

Hi, I booked two nights at this hotel at the end of August 2009 for my wife and 8 month old baby. The hotel provided a travel cot. The reason I booked this hotel was because it was central and ranked number 4 on Tripadvisor at the time of booking. The hotel was extremely disappointing and does not merit such a high ranking. i would just like to say, that i had the pleasure of staying at The Beechfield for 5 nights recently. Along with my friends we found the hotel to be very clean,the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and the location excellent. I would not hesitate recomending The Beechfield to anybody. Will be back soon. Thank you again to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable..

On booking this hotel, I paid half of the deposit and realised the next day I booked the wrong hotel that friends chose to stay at. Rang them up on that day to explain and refused to give my my deposit back, even though i didnt pay the full amount yet so the room wasnt secure. So when I explained this, they said the owner would phone me back and after several phonecalls i made back still never got to speak to the owner, or get a call back from anyone. we stayed with our son and our grandmother the rooms are good size and extremely comfy, the staff are superb,ive never met such nice people, nothing was to much trouble to them they were extremely friendly,quality of food is excellent and plentiful,we will most deffinately be going again,as for prices its realy good value for money,close to the tower and train station.and close to town centre all within a couple of minutes walk.beach is also within easy walking distance excellent parking facilities.

Come to Blackpool every year, but first visit to Beechfield Hotel... Had great time in hotel, clean,very good breakfast and staff great fun ... esp Julie thought she was entertaintment instead of receptionist ! Will definetly be booking this year. Carnt wait to come back x x x

My wife and I love Christmas in Blackpool, Having never been to The Beechfield before we decided to give it a go from a friends recomendation. What a fabulous 5 days we had, The staff that greeted us were extremely friendly and polite. We had tea and coffee with mince pies and christmas snacks when we arrived. We booked our hen party through uk leisure and our hotel was the Beechfield. What great hostessess there are at this hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay at a good clean friendly hotel. Great breakfast we had black pudding and hash browns as well as the normal hotel fry up. fruit and cereals juice everything was just perfect. apart from the hangovers the day after (lol) Thanks for a well remembered holiday break, One question.... We stayed at the Beechfield for our third visit to Blackpool, having previously stayed at their sister hotel the Lawton. Although the Lawton looks superior to the Beechfield, you cannot beat the homely welcome you get and the fantastic service by everyone of their staff. Clean ensuite rooms which are hard to find in Blackpool. Some decoration needed, (there was a strip of wallpaper outisde our room that was peeling off) Prices were affordabel. Food was hot and delicious, staff were friendly we got a grand welcome on arrival with a cheeky joke from julie. A good laugh with the inhouse quiz and entertianment. My family and I had a midweek break back in March for the Easter Holidays. We didnt actually have a booking made, we came to Blackpool spur of the moment kind of thing. We stopped at the hotel mainly due to the prices which were advertised in the window and particularly as we only wanted a one night stay. We had a family room at the hotel which although was small was clean. There were clean towels and soaps, plenty of tea and coffee and a tv in the room too. After searching round for a hotel during the Easter bank holiday, finally managed to get a room at the Beechfield. We didnt expect much, due to it being last minute and not having used the hotel before. We walked in to a fantastic welcome from the girls on reception, who made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. The room was clean, en suite, and bright and airy.
