friendly staff, clean hotel,
from denzil117
We stayed for 3 nights and with 2 young children under the age of 2. Would recomend to anyone. The staff were friendly, polite and keen to help. They aloud us to take high chairs to our room with room service so it was easier for us to feed the children. The only down side is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. We found the hotel to be clean at all times.
Management response from Premier_Inn
Thank you for taking the time to write your positive review. We are pleased to hear that our friendly, helpful staff made every effort to accomodate the needs of you and your young family, ensuring you stay was a comfortable one. We are sorry to her that the location of our hotel did not meet your expectations however I do hope the service provided made up for any disappoiontment. We look forward to welcoming you to a Premier Inn hotel in the future.
Good Premier Inn standard - ideal stoppover!
from Linzk
We spent 2 nights here with 2 small children. It was fairly easy to find (although our sat nav failed to) and there was ample free parking. Although it is situated by a main road we noticed no road noise. Rooms were fresh, clean and spacious. We weren't able to get a room with a cot so took a chance with our 13 month old. It actually worked perfectly with the floor mattress and sofa backer to stop him rolling out. It was nice to have the kids' beds made up too! I did feel they should have paid a bit more attention to the style...

hotel good restaurant bad location middle of nowhere
from gillproudlove
the hotel is as you would expect from a premier inn clean comfy. the staff were very helpful when my child was taken ill in the night and needed a hospital. unfortunately this hotel is on an industrial estate in the middle of nowhere. it is not child friendly in that you cant really go outside as theres traffic all around it and an enormous carpark that would be better uitilised building an extention to the restaurant to make a play area. once you have eaten for the evening you are either stuck in your room with the kids or the kids get...

Great hotel - really enjoyed our stay
from ilovemooch
I stayed in this hotel in July 2009 with two friends as we wanted to visit Longleat, Bath and Stonehenge. The hotel is only about a 10 minute drive from Longleat which is perfect. Bath is about 20 mins away and Stonehenge about 30/35 mins. The hotel was perfectly clean and tidy. The rooms were very spacious and not too hot as a fan was provided. We found the staff very friendly and helpful especially Kimberley on the reception desk. All the girls in the restaurant were so nice and the food there was lovely. I would definitely...

A Quality Hotel at a Reasonable Price
from cplf
We have found this hotel to be perfect as a stopover location or for a short break. The service on reception and in the adjoining restaurant was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, freeview television and a clean bathroom. There was a fan provided which was a nice touch to keep the air circulating especially as the windows were restricted. The bed for our child was made up on arrival which was helpful and they don't do it in travelodges. The food in the restaurant was tasty and good value. The...

Clean and ticks all the boxes
from yvscot
Clean, comfortable, couldn't ask for more. The room was clean - the shower powerful - and the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. Booked the hotel as we planned to go to Longleat the day after - and it was convenient about a 15 minute drive away. Would recommend it as a stopping off point/stopover for Longleat or Bath (although it is on an industrial park). Restaurant attached to it was fine - food was acceptable although nothing special and service was so so....
Cheap in the wrong places
from ukfromoz
Looks nice, and new, but had a few issues here and there. The staff are nice a friendly, and the rooms clean and comfortable. The restaurant/pub is good , but the service is pretty bad. Finished entrees allowed to stay on the tables for ages, and the food we had had been microwaved... The rooms are neat and clean, if a bit austere. The bathroom was good, but instead of a toilet roll, it was a dispenser like that found in a services toilet. Not very nice at all. They advertise high speed internet by wifi. It may be fast by...

Friendly staff
from mroverall
Great location for Longleat ,linked to pub next door but no noise issues . All staff very helpful and friendly .Room clean and tidy and up to usual premer inn standard. Would use again .
Room a bit too small.
from VictoriaBC4
We spent a few nights at this hotel and it was okay. Found the room really cramped for a family of four with luggages 8? The waitresses there were often forgetful that they seated us and we be waiting for 30minutes before waving someone down to take our order. In the morning I always like opening the windows for ´fresh air´, but you can´t open the windows and the room tends to smell ´stale´. Other than that, very close to historic sights.
Great Value
from Alice-Lea
Me and my partner decided in a last minute get away - it was so last minute that we only booked a room at this hotel the night before our stay. The hotel did not dissapoint. It was well decorated, comfortable, with all the neccesary ammenities and to top it off the staff were really friendly and helpful. We would both definately stay here again.
Really comfortable
from Herefordshire
This is a very good Travel Inn, it is modern and the staff are super friendly. The family room we stayed in was very comfortable with loads of room for the large double/king bed a bed settee and a roll out bed. The room was bright and modern and very clean. The bathroom is a good size with a bath with a shower over it. There were plenty of towels for all of us and a shower gel / shampoo dispenser on the wall above the bath along with a soap dispenser by the sink. The Frome Flyer is next door, which is where breakfast is...
