Grainger Hotel

Went to Cliff Richard concert [28/11/08] & needed hotel fairly near to venue. Didn't know about this site. Pity! Hotel seems owned/run by Asian Indians. We were met at reception by 2 Asian men and a drunk whom the staff wished to eject. What followed was disgusting [& in front of my wife]. The manager tipped the drunk on the floor from a chair in the office and shouted a tirade of obscene language at him, assaulting him. Grainger Hotel aka "HOSTEL" Total Dive! DO NOT STAY HERE! BE WARNED! We stayed at this hotel the beginning of this month! We didnt get to the hotel till about 11.30 on saturday nite when we got there the receptionist was asleep so we had to ring the bell to be let in. Lets get one thing straight, this place does not even resemble a hotel and is more like a hostel! communal showers and toilets, rude staff among other things. we were getting on a plane back to dublin on a sunday night, and when we checked out of the hotel that morning they refused to let us keep our bags in a holding area! that is despite the fact we informed them we had a match to go to!
