Crown Regency Serviced Suites

Our group consist of 7 people + young Baby. We choosed 3 bed room in this property. Great location, walking distance to KLCC, restaurants, etc. The rooms are spacious and new, the stuffs are friendly, we had wonderful experience there. Great Place!

My husband, 7 year old son and I just returned from a SE Asian tour. We had booked a studio apartment in Crown Regency Hotel via their website and due to the positive reviews we had read. We were located on the 11th floor and what a breathtaking view of Petronas Towers we had from our window. Our studio was a corner piece so we had two beutiful views. Crown Regency from the website seems fantastic and a good value for money place. However, the pictures are deceiving. Although the lobby itself is really upmarket and modern, it goes downhill from there. The room albeit is modern styled has many flaws, there is tube lighting, some lights don't, terrible finishing, and the worst of all the toilet. It almost seems that they ran out of money in the room and left the toliet as it is (i would even go to say you will never find a toilet this bad in a motel). The toliet is tiny, showerstall... more

We recently stayed at Crown Regency for two nights occupying two x 3-bedroom apartments on the 22nd floor. This was a great arrangement for us - there were 11 Adults and 2 small children in our party. The layout is great and so spacious. The staff were very friendly. On two occasions we needed maintenance dept and they responded immediately and fixed the minor problems we had. We've stayed at Crown Regency during our travels the last 5 years. We've tried out other hotels and apartments and we keep going back to CR. They've refurbished the rooms and they are beautiful. The size is great. We've been in the 2 bedroom all the way to the largest apartment. The staff is very helpful. Coffee Bean located downstairs is great. The new spa is also something to check out. Stayed at the Crown Regency Serviced Suites in December 2007 with some friends...Reserved a 2 bedroom apartment but the hotel staff upgraded us to a 3 bedroom aparment but charging us the rate of the 2 bedroom! the room that we got is on the 25th floor, has a living room, dining hall, kitchen(fully equiped with eating utensils), 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! very very spacious...the only negative part about this service apartment is dat it does not have its own hotel restaurant...it does have coffee bean on the 1st floor of the hotel...<br... more

Three of my friends and I stayed at Crown Regency for 2 nights. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment. We were very pleasantly surprised with how nice the apartment was. Clean, modern decor.....nothing too fancy, but very comfortable. I'm glad they have refurbished the apartments. Huge improvement from when I last stayed there about 6 or 7 years ago! We recently stayed at the Crown Regency Hotel in KL. As I had read a review posted on this site regarding the noise level from nearby nightclubs I remembered to pack some ear plugs, just in case! Our room was large, clean and cool. We were very comfortable there and the king size bed was a welcome surprise. The swimming pool and gym were most acceptable, In fact the only problem was the "doof doof " very deep base sounds which invaded our bedroom every night. It's centrally located if you're into serious clubbing... I think there are at least 4 clubs around less than 1 minute walking distance away. Be prepared for music late into the night if you're a light sleeper. Nothing to shout about with regards to the common areas... clean , no frills. We got the studio suite which is big compared to a normal hotel room, it comes with kitchenette and utensils as well. The rooms are newly refurbished.. sometime in 2007. They should have also refurbished they bathroom ...which is quite spartan....... more

me and my familly stayed in crown regency for 1 week in Jan 07. its cheap, so what you get is what you have paid for. the rooms are ok, quite spacious and lot of light. there's no restaurant in the hotel, so no food available. there's a coffee shop downstairs, but it is just a cofee shop. there's a swimming pool on th 3rd floor, which is deserted and having looked at it I wouldnt use it. it is walking distance to the petronas towers and the KLCC, however there's a lot of clubs around and if your with a familly its not the ideal place to... more

Stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment. surprisingly huge and has enough toilets for each room too! Pretty cheap lodging, interior decor was alright. Other than near to KLCC(5min walk) and clubbing/drinking holes, better off stayin some place else
