BEST WESTERN Vine Hotel

Great room, really clean with space & for £35 for a single room it was brilliant. Breakfast is superb. If had to go back on business again to skegness would stay again.

only two minutes walk to the best beach in england, miles of empty goldern sands. excelent service at the hotel. quality rooms

My wife and I had a wonderful long week-end stay. The food was excellent with a hearty selection. The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were very helpful with a special mention to Diana. The hotel grounds were spacious and relaxing for a summers evening. We will return without doubt. Kev & linda Sullivan

Fantastic hotel and friendly staff stayed there twice in May 2006 and were treated well both times though staff comic and overstretched. Partner's sister had to leave beacause she reckons its haunted by smuggler's ghosts and thye tried to steal her rings while she slept!!!!!! Would return again for the garden, ghosts, history and Basil Fawlty moments alone!!

We stayed at the Vine Hotel, Skegness in January this year. The Staff, Room & Food were excellent. The hotel was very clean. Barry the Chef was most helpful, as I have to keep to a gluten free diet. He cooked me a wonderful meal. We would reccommend this hotel, and will definately make a return visit.

The Vine Hotel is situated in a very attractive residential area of Skegness - about 10 minutes walk to the town centre, although there is a beach and the Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve close by. The hotel is supposed to be of the oldest in Skegness and Lord Tennyson was said to have spent time there and been inspired to write by the gardens. The beer is excellent; maybe because the brewery (Batemans) is close by, just outside Skegness. The food is good and the rooms are reasonably sized. It would be my hotel of choice if I was staying in the area another time.

great hotel, great food!! excellantly priced drinks as well.....but the staff need warming up a bit (not very helpful at all) upon arrival, we were told that we 'hadnt' booked a room (although we had written confirmation!!!!) Then, instead of a double (which we booked) we were told we were in a twin room! but this was eventually changed through our insistence! All-in-all, stay was ok .... excellant facilities! (bloomin cold in Feb tho!!!!) ;o)

Fabulous country Inn type hotel with wonderful food,Very friendly staff and newly refurbished rooms. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, from Seacroft Golf Course and about a mile from the Skegness Town Centre. The Gardens are a delight to be in and apparently once inspired the Poet Tennyson to write 'Come into the Graden Maude'. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. It should really be rated 4*
