This hotel is off the charts , not only it has every home appliance you ever need , but they do great offers aswell.The booking went without a hitch, it wasn't much problem finding it.You really feel comfortable since the nice aroma of cooked food can bE smelled on some floors.(droolin can occure lol) The rooms are fairly compact and comfortable , enough space to move around and enjoy yourself, the tv is top class and car park can be busy sometimes however there is always space available across the road.The shop downstairs is extra benefit... more

The first time i booked roomzzz it was for a quiet wk-end in as the pictures looked ace, i booked the smallest appartment when i got there it was clean bright and fantastic and for £35 what more could ask for??? i went down and asked for an upgrade as i wanted to cook dinner etc and the small studios do not have a dining table for two so they moved us up to the loft appartments 361 i think i was so impressesd pure bliss the most comfy beds in the world extra cushions a bath the works and very clean with large towels, shampoo and all... more

A fantastic concept that is going to be big. The apartments are bigger than a hotel room. More light, more space, more furniture......and a kitchen! Friendly reception staff. 10 storey block just on edge of City Centre. Stayed here in Dec 06 and again now in March 07 and the place is still immaculate and clean. Excellent value for money -suit business traveller and leisure breaks. Had a good overnight stay on Sunday 4th March. I arrived by train and walked the 20 minutes (about a mile) from the station to Burley Rd, thereby avoiding taxi queues and parking problems noted on other reviews. My room (or rather studio apartment) was very nice. All amenities available, albeit I didn't use most of them during my brief overnight stay. This is quite a mixed review because there were many good things about Roomzzz but also some things which really let it down. Car parking was a problem, we had to park quite a long way away round the back of the hotel and walk for about 5 minutes with all our bags. When we asked at reception they said we would be advised not to leave our car there, and they offered to move their car so we could park in the bay at the front of the hotel. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights at a very cheap rate of 35 pounds a night. The room was spotless & it had everything we needed. The only problem was the TV did not have a very good signal so we couldn't really watch it. The staff were very helpful. I have already reccomended this hotel to all my friends & have already booked another 2 stays.

We booked a room for 2 nights and got a deal of 35 pounds per night! We arrived earlier than the check in time and were told we were able to go up to our room even though we wer 2 hours early! the room was brand new, everything down to the plates and glasses! the apartments (I have been told) have been open for about 2 months and I believe they were a brilliant find. We stayed in this hotel between Christmas & New Year so benefited from an off peak deal which made Roomzzz very good value. The apartment was almost new with a very comfortable bed, flat screen TV and free internet access. Nice fluffy towels in the shower room which were changed daily & the bed made etc. Little difference from a hotel in terms of service, just no breakfast and more room to relax. I booked a room for an overnight stay on a last minute deal. For £35 for the night this hotel/apartment was great value and ideal for the shopping trip that I had planned. The room was literally spotless and very well equipped. The room was a little bit cold on arrival but a heater on the wall warmed the room up extremely well after about ten minutes. Roomzzz is a hidden gem 10 minutes from Leeds city centre. The apartments are only two months old and are very well furnished throughout. Leather sofas, designer coffee table, LCD flat screen TV and best of all Deluxe pocket sprung memory foam beds that I have only come across in a few 5 star London hotels. Very new apartment/hotel block: we booked two studio apartments and they were very well-priced and exceedingly well-equipped with all-new good quality equipment such as halogen hob; fridgefreezer; washing machine; dishwasher.
