I only stayed there for one night but have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. First of all the location is superb. You are on the sea front, looking at the white tower (the city landmark) and in the middle of the shopping district. Bars, restaurants, clubs are at your doorstep. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I've stayed in dozens of 4- and 5-star hotels all over Europe and the US, and I've really never seen staff so professional, friendly, and courteous. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, the balconies are spacious, the breakfast is *excellent*, the minibar is free (!!), and the location is superb. We have just returned from Daios Luxury Living in Thessaloniki. We simply loved it. This hotel opened early in 2007 and has now closed one year of life. It is a luxurious hotel, the room we stayed (executive seaview) was very comfortable with all modern facilities of a luxury hotel. The bathroom was superb and included a bathtub as well as a shower. When we first arrived we thought "WOW"... very nice hotel! Great Location in the middle of the city and right on the water! They even brought us a free fruit tray. The rooms were clean and pretty nice. We thought the beds were hard. And.... the biggest issue we had was the temperature in our room. Put simply... spacious, well equipped, very comfy rooms (actually mine was a suite ), a large Plasma TV! , excellent sea view, clean, quite and in a top location. The bathroom ( uncharacteristically for Greeks hotels), is very spacious! and not to forget the large balcony. This hotel is in the center of EVERYWHERE with fantastic views, a city jewel, an incredible spot to stay due to its location. Prices may be a bit expensive but it is worth it since you will not need to take a taxi or any other means of transport to travel within the city centre. The rooms are spacious, fantastic bathrooms, breakfast is good (could provide more variety though) and the people are sooo friendly and courteous. Will definitely visit again! :)

Fabulous design hotel. Spacious rooms. Great location, next to sea, next to everything. Sea view rooms offer a great view. If you find a good deal prefer these ones. Breakfast of high quality but could be richer. Friendly staff.

Spent a great two nights in a spacious, attractive, well equipped room at Daios. Highlights of the room included fabulous views of the sea, free mini-bar, giant TV, and a balcony big enough to enjoy meals on. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and drink was quite good but outrageously priced.
