I stayed at Yai Ya with my husband and another couple and we loved it. The rooms are large, and beautiful. It's a contemporary sexy boutique resort with lots of style. If you have teenagers, I might not recommend it because there's nothing to do. For couples it's perfect because you can read, order cocktails, eat, lounge sleep... We were there in soft opening so the bar closed at 10, that was just about the only thing we didn't like, but we complained and the management offered us a bottle of wine and let us relax in a villa rooftop...

Experience a spirit of hospitality

We were impressded by the cordial and generous reception upon arrival. It truly exhibited the beauty of the modest boutiue resort. We had a wonderful time there and would strongly recommed our friends to stay Yaiya when visiting Hwa Hin.
Don't expect too much from the reviews.

We decided to choose Yaiya for our weekend getaway because all of the reviews on this page gave high ratings. But we were disappointed with dirty room. Were we just unlucky? When we arrived our room (a seaview deluxe room), I felt the floor and shelves are dusty and found lots of long hairs on the floor. What was worse, I found someone else's pyjama pants in the bathroom!!! I asked the housekeeper to clean our room again while we go out to have dinner. Thank you very much for your review. It brought us down to earth, because we were on cloud nine for a few months. I have to say, as a family run hotel, we try to treat our guests as if they are staying in our own home. Therefore, I have to sincerely apologize for providing you family with such an under par services. I have follow up on your complains and will take necessary action to ensure that this unpleasant experience will not happen again.
Not too bad but can be better

We stayed at one bedroom pool villa, the pool is upstair. Basicly you dont have any privacy while chill at the pool because you will have people look up from the walkway. People from the opposite and people on the right in my case (only have a small tree plant in between pool). The breafast buffet was abit of nightmare because we arrive at the resteruant quite late therefore pretty much everything gone. The dinner was slow as well. We fully understand that it was a long weekend in Thailand and the hotel is fully book so the food was short...

well worth your time

My partner and I stayed at Yaiya during the off season (May) for 2 nights. On request we were immediately upgraded to a sea view room at no extra cost. Staff were friendly if a little out of the routine of service to guests. This is understandable as the resort had few bookings and so there was not much for the staff to do. The restaurant was excellent. Beautiful rooms and ammenities. Spacious and very stylish. Somewhat out of town but a perfect place to stay if you want a quite stay in a stylish atmosphere. Recommended.
Heaven, pure luxury delivered in sumptuous style

We arrived at Yaiya's following some heavy traveling around Laos and Cambodia and frankly were looking forward to having a bit of a treat. This boutique hotel was everything that we expected and more - beautifully designed this hotel breathed sophistication and class. We were greeted in the atrium by friendly staff who immediately arrived with cold towels and herbal Thai drinks. We were shown to a room so beautiful it almost tears to my eyes! Very nice and new resort located in a quiet area . The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Upon arrival we were taken to our room with a huge supprise as it was so spacious, spotless and decorated in a modern and tasteful way. and it also had a balcony with overlooking view of the beach. the food served was superb and nice present .The staff in restaurant couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We would definetely come back and stay here again in our second visit.

We recently stayed at Yaiya resort for a quick getaway from Bangkok and had a lovely time. I selected the resort based on availability, value for money (got a nice "soft opening rate" through agoda) and on the two previous tripadvisor reviews. Since this resort is new and a lot of information is still missing, I'm going to make this one a little long, hope you don't mind.... Location: Yaya has a nice piece of property adjacent to the Sheraton blue lagoon resort. It's about a 10 minute drive north of Hua Hin, about halfway to cha-am....

YaiYa is a beautiful brand new boutique resort just outside of the lovely town of Hua Hin. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, our every need was catered for. One of the best things about YaiYa is the attention to detail. This boutique hotel was a gem of a find, located on a quiet stretch of Hua Hin beach it offers tranquility and the highest standard of service. Well trained staff and hands on owners, who will offer you assistance wherever possible. It is this personal touch from the owners that makes this a truly modern Thai experience.
