Holiday Inn Express Tamworth

HI Mollymooker, Thank you for your feedback in relation to your stay with us. We appreciate all comments to try and improve our service and product. I must say, I am a little shocked as to the comments regarding the bed. I have had no negative feedback regarding these beds, so I will be speaking to the guests regarding this to try and find out if the majority of guests are happy or unhappy with the beds. As far as my staff not dealing with your requests quickly, I am hugely disspointed by this and will be compiling an investigation. I will come back to you with regards my findings. The iroining room is a new standard that again, we have been praised on by most guests, but perhaps we will get some at reception for distribrution. Thank you again for your comments. We always do our best to ensure that eveyone gets their requests, but with the hotel being full - it does make it difficult. Next time that you visit, I hope that we can accommodate your request. Dear Shortbreak2010, Firstly thank you for your positive comments regarding our product. We are very pleased with it. With regards to the service that you received during your stay with us - I can only apologise. Drayton Manor - the them park is only 10 minutes away from the hotel. The opening times for the park have been communicated, so i am unsure as to why you would have been given incorrect information...I will be investigating. We have had 3 new people start with us in March and are in training...however you should not have received the incorect information. With regard the car parking, I was as frustrated as our guests to learn that the barrier was under maintenance and put back into use with no warning or explaination. We have so far been unable to obtain a supply of "spare tickets" - but this is something i am certainly persuing with urgency. I would again need to investigate regarding the lack of a duty manager, and if you were promised a call back - you should of course recieved one. So for that i can only apologise, and will update when i have conculded my investigation.
