Dear Redcrow, Many thanks for your kind review. Yes we are a new hotel and opened in 2010. I am glad to say the staff is well up and running and pleased to see new guests. We are 5 min walk from Ilford Station which takes you straight to Stratford station or London Liverpool street. We are sorry we do not provide beacon but this is advertised on our website. We have now extended the breakfast dining area and have also extended the time so that no one will have to wait for tables. However, I must say some guests just keep sitting even they have finished their breakfast. We feel that it will be offensive is we ask them to leave the seat for other guests. Mind you everyone is different and for someone to see a room they will describe it “very good” and to someone it will be “just ok”. It all depends on individual taste. I have to confess I am the chatting person who greeted you at your arrival. If you remember we talked about my Golf leisure break in Bali !. Yes you are right you were indeed one of our first guests.
