One to One Hotel - The Village

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The rooms are amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food was the best I have ever experienced. The buffet breakfast has to be seen to be believed - it was truly sumptuous, a lavish feast. We had dinner there on two evenings and I think the food is probably the best we have ever had. Don't miss it!

It is hard to believe that One to One is rated four star as everything about it is five star. We stayed at One to One in Sept 2008. Everything about it works, the rooms are large and very well thought out., with a place for everything and plenty of space to both live and work in. Housekeeping was excellent and room was maintained in an immaculate condition throughout our stay. Its a nice hotel. Pleasant staff. Rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are nice. Personal gripe my room had only a shower no bath.The layout is a bit unexpected for a city hotel. It is groups of rooms in separate buildings. Breakfast was good - the expected fare from a hotel breakfast buffet. The staff will valet park your car

We found this hotel on "booking.com" , and the price was reasonable compared to other 4 star hotels. The staff was very professional, and friendly. Very prompt with any request we had. The room was very spacious, let alone the bathroom, which was also huge, compared to the other hotel with stayed in. However, the finishing of the bathroom was not a 4-5 star hotle caliber. Very good service, very clean and spacious rooms. Good sized bathrooms. I complained about the slight noise in 2 rooms (which were under the pool) and we were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. It is a type of 'courtyard' hotel. The rooms are all in different blocks, with the restaurant and reception being in different blocks also. There are golf buggys to take you about but I wouldnt like it in the hot weather. The breakfast is huge and has something for everyone. The hotel was absolutely first class in terms of its presentation of the rooms and facilities. The furnishings were extremely contemporary and hip. The linen was impeccable and the whole place looked sharp. We were also pleasantly surprised at the exceptional quality of the breakfast buffet. It's a nice hotel, the staff are great, the rooms are big, it's clean and comfortable, the food isn't bad (although the steaks, good as they are, are not really as good as some people suggest). BUT IT'S DRY. Whatever the web site may suggest, NO ALCOHOL IS SERVED ANYWHERE IN THIS HOTEL. If that matters to you, you have been warned.

Really misleading...the edge of Abu Dhabi , it took me 45 minutes every day to reach the exhibition centre, taxis are not available beside the fact that they don’t know where is it. Its town houses converted to bed and breakfast and NOT 4 star hotel. Nothing is available next door, you have to take a taxi or walk for miles to reach any shop.

A truly unique hotel within the entire UAE and definitely one of the most attentive and eager staff that I have ever encountered. Not an over the top hotel in terms of glamour and glitz. Instead they seem to have focused their resources on the basics, service quality, great food and staff and comfortable rooms. I had the best steaks in my life at the 18oz restaurant :)

We stayed here during the hotel's soft-opening phase and were pleasantly suprised. From the very beginning when we arrived at the front gate, we could sense the relaxing atmopshere. This is a city centre hotel seemingly without the usual city centre hotel hassles. Everybody was friendly and we were taken from the parking to Reception and, after our check-in, on a quick tour of the hotel and on to our room.
