Tropical Garden Lounge Hotel

Dear Guest Thanks for your review. If you say pitch black, why could you see the weeds and the paths? That you had ants in the room, that might happen, as our Bungalows are made out of Bamboo and Wood. But our Housekeeping is taking as good care as possible to minimize this problem. Recently i stayed myself in another Hotel in Krabi (made out of concrete, no Bungalows) and had also Ants and even a Cockroach in the Room. Welcome to a tropical Country. The surrounding noise you heard, where insects in the nature, which are normal. You might not hear them in a big city. Our Beds are cleaned yearly with by a company specializing in Matress Cleaning, I doubt you have that in other Hotels in our price range and I have lots of guest who say, they never slept better as in our beds (I can give you some e-mails if you want). the Decor is a typical Thai Style, so you can not say its out dated or whatever u wanted to say. Its just not a 5 star resort where everything is at your fingertips. Our Services are definately like a 3 star resort, you just did not make use of it. We do have a 24 hour Security-Staff for your safety. I spoke with you girls the next moring quite a bit, I dont know, why you did not tell me anything, that you were not happy.... Just one last word to the location: There is a 7/11, a Freshmart, 2 Banks and about 5 Bars and 4 Restaurants withing walking distance (3 Minutes) just outside the Hotel. The place you went after us, is by far more remote then we are! Thanks anyway, have a safe trip!

Dear Guest Thank you for your review which happend back in December - i can remember. I would like to remind you, that you both not even knowed where the theft had happened. You told me it could have happend in a bus or on your journey to Samui. Anyway whoever it was, (btw i checked my staff after that), he or she must have been a bit in a hurry or why would they leave your both iPods in the backpack and just take the raincoats and slippers?
