please take notice of this review.This holiday is not all incl. or 5 star. There are many hidden charges I E water, pizza, ice cream, fresh f/juice. The rooms are big but need a revamp the b/linnen& towels changed everyday,the staff tip top but need a little tip now& again... more

After reading some reviews of Hauza Beach before going we had some reservations, as a family. But please read on......... What we experienced were very clean rooms attended to daily. The pools were cleaned every morning, we mostly was at the jungle pool as the sea breeze... more

***please read** Where do i start.. the hotel itself is not finished very unsafe for children, broken glass on the floor, the pool was dirty, unfortunately for us someone had pooed in the pool and when someone went to tell the hotelstaff, they were not keen to clear soon... more

This is no way a 5 star hotel- id give a 3 star max. Breakfast-lunch ok, but could only face the packed and hot restaurant once in the eve. If you like chips then your ok. You queue for everything! Have very little staff. We tipped a couple of bar staff and then were given... more

I don't know about you guys but when I go on holiday I like to enjoy a nice meal on an evening. There was no chance of this happening at Hauza Beach. It had without a doubt the worst food I have ever had at home or abroad. All most all of it was unappetising and very bland.... more
