This is not a five star hotel its more of a 3 star we had one week in jan 2011 the room we had was not too bad but very tired looking, we paid for a sea view which was a waste of money as we could see the sea but it was totally shaded the food was awfull the service was... more
Thank your for your review. Most guests understand that the star system in Egypt is different than in Europe, this is also true of the prices! Had you reported any issues with the room to reception or guest relations we would have been happy to sort it out to your satisfaction. Plastic cups have been mentioned many times before and this has been answered. We’re sorry if our resort did not meet your expectations and wish you happy holidays in the future.

I stayed at Hauza beach last April with my partner. As soon as we arrived we was greeted by the staff who took our bags as we checked in. We then was taken to our rooms in a bus as the resort is on a large scale. Our bags were delievered to our rooms straight away. The... more

Thanks for your review. Our beach is over 400 metres long. We cater for many nationalities and offer a variety of food items including BBQs, theme evenings and live cooking. Our AI concept is comprehensive and includes main restaurant, snacks at pool bar, pizzas on the beach and a meal at our a la carte restaurants. Like many hotels in Egypt we offer add-ons to give our guests a wider choice. Our housekeeping team are well trained and if you had reported any issues with the bed this could have been easily solved. We think you will find that all of Sharm can get chilly in the evenings at this time of the year. Guests travelling to Egypt are usually aware of this and bring suitable clothing. Nevertheless we apologise if Sharm in general and our hotel in particular did not meet your expectations.

I have recently returned from this hotel , i have visited egypt 3 times now and this is the worst hotel i have stayed in . the food is terrible, no choice , poory cooked and cheap ingredients, the chefs are hostile when serving . they do not cater for childrens food... more
Thank you for your comments. We offer a variety of food choices including chicken, beef, lamb, fresh vegetables and salads, BBQs, live pasta- cooking station, dessert selections and soups. In AI hotels it is normal practice for meals to be served buffet- style. However, our ala carte restaurants have full waiter service. Our rooms are cleaned daily and bedding changed. Most guests read the notice in the rooms regarding towels. As mentioned before, stomach upsets are not uncommon in Egypt and the causes are manifold including dehydration, sunstroke or too much alcohol consumption whilst sunbathing in the aggressive desert sun. Thank you for posting your review although we find your comments unacceptable. Our restaurants and kitchens are inspected regularly both by internal and external agencies. Stomach problems are common in Egypt and the causes are manifold. We cater for many nationalities but our food is not “slop”. We offer a variety of dishes including BBQs and themed evenings and food is available most of the day. Drinks are produced locally and taste different to their European counterparts. We serve drinks in plastic cups at the pool bar and beach for safety reasons. We’re sorry if you did not enjoy your holiday with us and wish you happy holidays in future.

We stayed at this hotel in sept, this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in this is not a 5 star i woudnt even say 3 , they say all inclusive but you have to pay for chips and burgers at the beach bar , you only get pizza on the all inclusive and they are terrible.... more

Just come back from a 2 week stay at this hotel not very good. food awful the cooks clothing was not clean the hotel and pool areas dirty have stayed in Sharm El Shiek twice before at 5 star hotels this hotel is no way a five star the gym was not open when we looked though... more
