First of all, I would like to thank you very much for sharing your feedback about your recent stay in Park Rotana Abu Dhabi through this review. I highly appreciate your comments, and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by shower design in your room. With regards to the 3rd night having been charged to your credit card, please allow me to clarify the following. 1. It is an international practice in hospitality industry for the guests to conclude their check-out with Reception staff while leaving the hotel. Your departure without notification of Reception did prevent us from knowing your actual check-out time. 2. Moreover, your room had an activated “Do Not Disturb” sign, which delayed the hotel staff from inspecting it for the following 24 hours. However, as you are aware from our correspondence concerning this matter, we have already refunded the third night’s charge to your credit card. I hope that the issue was rectified to your satisfaction, and will not stop you from using the facilities of Park Rotana Abu Dhabi in the future. With best regards, Sascha Bartz General Manager
