Thanks for you review of your stay at Seminyak Suites Resort and your constructive feedback. I notice your stay with us was October 2009 almost 1 year ago. We took over the hotel in late March 2009 and have had ongoing renovations ever since then. So I hope that next time you come back you will see how much we have tried to improve for our customers's comfort. Since you were last here all our staff from Front office/Reception, House Keeping and Restaurant have taken extensive training and i'm sure you would be impressed with their fast and attentive service as well there friendly happy faces as they really do enjoy looking after our customers here at Seminyak Suites. This being Bali there are sometimes insects and frogs that decide to use the swimming pool as most other hotel pools in Bali BUT we do clean and maintain our pool every day, throughout the day. Our location is in the heart of Seminyak away from the noise and bustle of Kuta and Legian. Most our guests appreciate our location and knowing that just a 10/15 minutes walk will take them to some of the best restaurants and shops (including Seminyak Square), 20 minute walk to Seminyak's nightlife and as you pointed out only about 5 minutes walk to the famous KuDeTa. We at Seminyak Suites do hope to see you again sometime in the not too distant future.

In regards to the room maintenance it is always on-going and we hope to make further improvements in the future. More comfortable seating on the bedroom terraces and more satelitte TV channels. All our guests now get Continental Breakfast and free Wi-Fi included in the room rate and also transfers if needed! I will pass on your comments to our staff the good comments you gave about their friendly service. We do try to create a warm atmosphere and try to help our guests as much as we can. Our on-site tour service is new to us and I will pass on your comments to Rocky and his team. At least I can guarantee his efficient service knowing that he uses well maintained cars and a team that is friendly and speaks good English. We are also happy that you appreciated our location in Seminyak tucked away down a side street, but within walking distance to all the area has to offer. Thank you very much for your comments about Seminyak Suites and we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We really do try to create a home from home feeling with our staff. They are all trained to know how to relax our customers. I am sorry you had problems with the toilet in your room, but pleased to hear it was fixed promptly. We are in a constant process of renovation in all areas here at Seminyak Suites and hope that when you decide to visit us again you will see further improvements.

In response to your review above the management at Seminyak Suites would like to say the following: Although we are sorry that your stay at Seminyak Suites was not enjoyable, we have to point out that your review was written in November 2009 for a stay in May 2008! The new management took over the running of the hotel in late March 2009 and since then significant improvements have taken place. The pool surrounds have been upgraded with more landscaping. The restaurant/bar has been renovated and there is now a full range of food and beverages available should you so wish to dine in our resort. We are now in the process of upgrading our rooms to offer you a more comfortable experience when you stay with us. Hopefully we will look forward to your future custom sometime in the not too distant future.

Thanks for your review of Seminyak Suites. I would just like to inform you that new management took over control of the hotel late March 2009, after your visit to us in early January 2009. As a result Seminyak Suites is under a constant state of upgrade. The areas surrounding the swimming pool were renovated May/June last year as was the restaurant/bar. This year at every opportunity we are renovating our rooms to a higher standard. Of course we realize we still have a long way to go and have more work to do before we are completely happy, but we expect old customers returning will see a marked all round improvement .
