There is always someone available to help with luggage carrying as we do not have a lift,last orders in the grill are 9.30pm if we ever run out of anything it is because of a busy day, all our food is fresh produce and nothing is frozen so therefore certain things can run out,but most certainly not everything.Breakfast tables are always set the evening before ready for guests the next morning so having to wait is near on impossible.If the staff were rude then i am very sorry for this as all our staff are usually very friendly towards guests and are most certainly trained in the job that they are required to do,as for this woman you say was the owner it was certainly not myself, being the owner i take great interest in any complaints that our guests may have as this is how we improve our offer to our future guests.We have many satisfied guests that return on a regular basis,their comments prove to be valuable and we welcome them back time and time again,i hope that anyone reading your review decides to give us a try and make their own opinion.

I belive that i owe it to our customers to respond to this review.This table of 22 arrived and it was later found that they had 7 bottles of vodka,2 bottles of martini,red bull's and a couple of bottles of wine in handbags and under the table,they were asked politely by the manager on duty in the function and later by myself to remove these,they responded with abuse but said they would,staff then were told by me to keep an eye on them,7 of them later began fighting and were then asked to leave,3 were put into taxi's by people from their own party,at 12.40 i stopped the disco to protect our other sophisticated guests,the other guests had no problem with the 20 min early shut down but this party did,around 15 0f them stood in the reception area and shouted abuse at myself and remaining staff,threatening all sorts of things and even saying that someone would return the next day.I will never allow this beahavour in the hotel,this type of customer is never welcome.This was a one off incident thank god and the rest of the xmas functions went well.
