Approximately 15 euros in a taxi from Tegel airport, we were met in reception by a member of staff and she was extremely polite and made sure we were ok.
The room was small but immaculate, the mini bar was stocked well and it was very quiet, the area is beautiful with tree lined streets and the Guntzelstrasse U barn is a few minutes walk away. and about 3 stops to the Zoo station.
The breakfast in the morning was a very informal affair, it was laid out brilliantly and it was all fresh, the choice of the continental breakfast was outstanding and the bacon, eggs and sausage was served well.
In conclusion we were made to feel welcome and the people at the hotel were friendly and attentive, the whole experience was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone, Berlin is a wonderful place, that i would quite happily go again.
