A very disappointing resort and hotel-rooms of poor standard, in a terrible state of repair. Constant sewer smells. Room share with cockroaches. Pools unusable-heated pool was switched off during our stay.

The hotel rooms are of a very poor standard and I really wouldn’t recommend any one to go here. There is no one there willing to help an English client. San Agustin itself is very quiet with one or two bars present. I really was not impressed at all. Think carefully before you go here.
