It was first time we experienced all inclusive myself wife grandson his girlfriend and our great granddaughter(aged 2 years) We all had a wonderful holiday at this Hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with lovely balconies, plenty of room and spotless. The maid service was excellent. The grounds were lovely as were the swimming pools. The food was very good,Salad bars were excellent, all the food served was plentiful. All the staff were very helpful.Spar shop a short walk downhill, near the beach,a bit hilly but no problem, even with a baby buggy .A very good hotel for families, the entertainment in the evenings was varied the little girl loved the mini disco every evening,we also enjoyed the shows we will definitely be going back again.
CAN`T WAIT

Hotel rated as 4 star but was more like 2 star all inclusive means all inclusive and not having to pay for drinks in a night club when the hotel bar closes at 11pm sharp entertainment finished at 1030pm.food was very average ok if you like pork not very hot either resort facilities non existant apart from one spar shop aprox 20mins walk to beach due to steps closed noisy road outside hotel starting 0600am if you want a hair dryer take one with you as only rental ones available at cost personal opinion would not go again have been on several all inclusive holidays before and this does not compare

My wife and I (both 60 from Plymouth) have just had 2 weeks here and had a really lovely time, the food was excellent with lots of choice to suit everybody, the grounds were clean & well maintained & entertainment were first rate. The only down side was that if you had an odd number room which overlooked the front in the Tara building you did get quite a bit of noise when the Bors Bora disco finished, normally 1am, the other thing was the walk down to the beach which is fine going but coming back was a killer for a smoker like me. But overall weather, transfer, tour company and the whole package very good value

Im 15 from newcastle, i went on holiday to the Ifa Interclub Atlantic with my dad brother and another family, over the christmas and new year.
The hotel was lovely, complex was huge but inside could of been better, the gardens were stunning and they were really relaxing and peaceful to sun bath in. The pool side was massive and there was always some entertainment going on if you wanted to get involved.
Food was excellent..alot of the same thing, but plenty to go round. Entertainment at the night time wasnt great and the disco was'nt enjoyable at all which was disopointing. The hotel was out of the way but taxi's were so cheap it was easy to get around. The views from the hotel were incredible!!Especially from the pool area. I definatly want to go back, and would recomend it..not as much for people with walking issues. Overall,it was an amazing two weeks.

It was the first time we have been all inclusive and overall we were very impressed.
The room was not ready on arrival but by the time we had eaten and had a drink it was all ready. The room was clean but did smell of smoke ( this went after we left the vents open for a day ).
There was always plenty of food and the choices were good, much better than we expected.
The evening entertainment was overall really good with only a couple of nights that were ok. The shows were pretty good and the entertainment staff were friendly.
We would definitely go again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a bit of sun and lay by the pool ( very clean pool ) relaxing holiday.

Two of us spent a week at this hotel in mid Nov 07. It was our first experience of all inclusive so we have nothing to compare it with - our opinion was that it was very good value for money - the food was a little repetitive, if you go early to eat it's busy but it's all cooked fresh. Hardened all-inclusivers(!) were obvious and our German cousins could be a little forthright in the restaurant/bar/poolside areas - what is it with saving tables/seats/sunbeds???
Our room was lovely and spacious and cleaned spotlessly every day. The bathroom was a little pongy some days and the noise from the road should be expected or you'll be disappointed. The walk in wardrobe was an added bonus, the spacious living area was welcomed also. Nominal charges for tv in room and safe, plus iron and ironing board - but who needs to iron on holiday??!! :-)
The grounds and pools/jacuzzi were beautiful, the entertainment staff were young but friendly, the evening entertainment is hit and miss, but you don't have to stay in. The free spirits/ wine/beer were not brilliant, but again they are free. The Disco is a complete washout, the music selection poor, the place was seriously shabby and in need of a revamp - shame because we didn't have the children and were looking forward to a night on the tiles! :-)
We walked down the hill each day and if we were too tired we got a taxi back up the hill - which cost 3 euros. Taxis are frequently around and about and are a cheap option if you don't want to walk in the midday sun!
On the whole we enjoyed this holiday, in fact we are going back in May with the children as we believe it's more for families than couples.
Happy holiday
L :-)

Cannot fault this hotel, enjoyed everything about this hotel; friendly staff, excellent food and lovely grounds to relax in.
On the down side, rooms facing road have early morning chorus of traffic but quiet rooms can be obtained. Steps to beach are closed so a longer walk to beach is your only option.
To sum up something for all age groups here, a nice hotel at a nice resort.

We cant believe what a great place this was, it was our first holiday and our honeymoon. The hotel was out of this world, clean tidy and well looked after. The entertainment was good for kids during the day and at night for everybody. Great selection of foods in the all inclusive, a good selection to meet everybody's needs.
Taxi service is fantastic, always one there as you are a distance from next resort if you don't want to walk and these are not expensive, but the beach is just down the hill. If you want a quiet holiday or a adventure the IFA is the one to go with we will be using them again in Gran Canaria or elsewhere.

What a place!! What can i say - after reading all the reviews on this hotel before i went, myself and my partner were extremely dubious - but we were washed away!!The food was varied and absolutely delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the daytime and evening entertainment were amazing - a bit of something for everyone!!Me and my partner (25) went here for a week with 2 of our friends, and we absolutely loved it, from start to finish - a perfect holiday!! Theres plenty to do round the hotel, and although not a lot else round the hotel, a 4euro taxi ride got you to the main areas where the nightlife is!!Theres a spar shop a 5 minute walk down the road from the hotel, but allow yourself 10-15minutes to get back - the hills a killer!!All in all, a fabulous holiday, enjoyed by all, and would recommend to people of all ages - young and old!!

Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff (and plenty of them!), excellent food and plenty of it with the restaurant staff constantly refilling. We ate far too much! The self service drinks idea is brilliant as it means that there was rarely any queue either for these or at the bar.
Pool, gardens and grounds very nice with lots of different areas to sunbathe - we also got a room with its own terrace and sunbeds. Some of the garden areas have amazing views of the sea and over to the dunes at Maspalomas. Unfortunately, some selfish people like to spoil things by laying their towels out to sunbathe - you know who you are - why do you do it?
Excellent holiday - we didn't want to come home and will be going back.
