Our staff speak English, German, French and Russian and therefore, we are deeply dissappointed to hear that our guests have experienced language problems. First of all we appreciate you taking the time to bring matters you have experienced in our Hotel to attention of Trip advisor, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you during your stay with us. We find necessary to response to your complaints and clear up some issues. 1. “The TV has about 30 channels only 2 channels in English”. But we have 5 English Channels (CNBC-e, Euro Sport, CNN International News, BBC World News, Euro News). 2.“There was not one piece of printed information in the room about services or prices”. All information related to Hotel facilities have been given at check in. 3. “The Hotel and the swimming pool are very busy”. Believe me, swimming pool area in our Hotel is never busy as most our guests spend their time outside for business or other activities and back to the Hotel in the evening. 4.“Very noisy 6 lane highway”. First it is not a High Way, the speed limit is 50 Km/H and it has 4 traffic lights within 2 km long. All our rooms have double glassing soundproof windows. 5.“Flanked by an open drain and vacant lot on the other side”. That’s the fresh water stream and other side is our parking, which holds 100 cars and then an empty area of about 1000 m2 for the government. 6.“It is a £10 cab ride into Antalya town”. The Hotel is only 5km away from city centre and paying on counter which been set by the Turkish Gov. 7.“The beach mix of boulders and shingle”. Konyaalti Beach, Antalya's blue flag beach is primarily a pebble beach and we stated it in our web site. No one Hotel located in Konyaalti beach offers sandy beach. 8.“the main A la carte restaurant on the 10th floor was closed”. You are right saying the Restaurant was closed at the period of your stay but it starts functioning next week and the unique Restaurant in Antalya located on high floor and having amazing sea and sky view. 9. “First day dinner”. Dinner buffet served between 19:00 – 21:30 and all the guests and agencies are aware of that. During May we were sponsoring the accommodation for the National Turkish Theater Festival and we were opening special buffet for them from 23:00 – 00:30 as they come to the hotel after their show. On your arrival day you enjoyed a buffet, which was opened at 23:30 for those Theatre Group and you were informed by our employee that you will be charged as a buffet dinner 15.00 EUR PP. The amount was 60.00 TL for 2 persons which is 30 EUR not 30 Pound. 10. “Breakfast”. We refill all foods immediately. Drinks are subject to extra charge in our buffet menu. 11.“Music at pool”. We cannot turn the music off because one guest asked whilst so many others enjoying. Although we did reduce the volume when you request. We believe that we did all the best to make your holiday enjoyable. That’s very pity you did not mentioned we offered you free fresh fruit juices at the breakfast which is extra in our hotel because you did not see milk on the buffet which was on the both side.
