Iv just been back from hoilday today and it was the worst hotel ever , i was along with 2 girls ages 19!( for one week) first of all the first night we got there 100 euros was stolen so we assumed we lost it then we noticed that are ipod had been taken along with £140 which was packed in a bag inside 5 suitcases which they had been going through are stuff so we went to reception and they told us it was are fault because we didnt get a safe and that the rooms were not safe ! 'so if there telling us there not safe whats that saying for the hotel' so we said we were goin to the police whcih they said they cant speak english so we asked could they write us a letter, they refused until we kept going on and on ! we then relised that 2 cameras had been taken also .. so for the rest of r hoilday we were left to carry passports , document ect everywerw with us , which is terrible . so we finally went to the police station and got r statement which the hotel should have given us a form to fill out ! so last night there was chips all over the floor in the hall and we got banging on the door from the security man shouting in my face to clean it which i refused as i didnt do it so he said if you dnt clean it i am going to lift it all and throw it on r beds so we closed the door on him but he had a key which again kept shouting in my face clean it ! and because i was shouting back 'no' he slapped me over the face with the towel and through us out of the hotel were we had to stay overnight in the airport if i wasnt going home today i would of taken him up for assult ! Its not worth stayn here usless you are willing to take your stuff everywere and are willing to stay in you room 24/7 so the maids dont steal ! its not worth it one bit ! hoilday from hell ..

My wife and i stayed at this hotel in a studio from the 18th to the 25th sept 2010,with past reviews we were very unsure what to expect,we were on the 2nd floor with a view of the sea,the pool area was clean and pool its self was ok to use,room was clean and bedding changed three times in the week we were there,I reqested an extra pillow, off one of the cleaning staff (who were in, every day cleaning floor and emptying bins) i recieved it with in half an hour.The cleaning staff were very polite and helpful.We had a little noise on the first night did'nt last more than 10 minutes and on the last night only for about 10 minutes. Now the hilli would say it is about a grade 4 and starts at a bar called Mulligan's Bar to the top which is approximatley a hundred metere's, it is not that bad. I can understand holiday makers who have had money stolen to be upset and angry,we were asked if we required a safe we declined there is a safe in the rooms but not that secure to the wall,its alway's best to use common sense and try to keep your money with you,i purchased a money belt, where you can strap the money belt to you which was hidden away, hope this has been a fair review of our stay at this Hotel.

I hate this hotel, seriously don't go there never! On a second day on our holiday I noticed that all my cash (250€) were stolen from the locked suitcase! There were no marks of any burglary, the suitcase were closed and locked as we leave it when we left the hotel room but when I wanted to take some money with me, I noticed that there was nothing left!
Also the hotel room was filthy and you just cannot sleep at nights because of crazy, noisy Brits!
Never trust the staff in that hotel, never live there! This is not the only incident there, I'm not the only disappointed and angry customer!

i have just returned from this holiday and it was an absolute nightmare,the noise every night from young ones partying was a disgrace.The rooms were cheap and  cheerful but badly need renovated.The staff were not at all helpful at any time.This accomodation should be for 18 to 30s only and not for families .I will never go back there even if I got it for freeI Collins Glasgow

we stayed at this hotel for 11 nights and we wanted to leave after just 5 nights, the pool was ok, the bar was too expensive, not a great selection of food to eat, our room was not cleaned properly, our towels were only changed twice, the second time was because my dad had a go at them for it so they changed them for us, we were robbed of £80 pounds, a bottle of after shave and a phone battery, so make sure you get a safe for ALL of your expensive things, the only thing good i guess was the view, the price to stay there, and you have magalluf beach on one side and palma nova beach on the other with some pretty good places to go and eat, i would only stay here again if they offered a great price and sorted their staff out, thats it, not a good place to stay though. overall i would reccommend you dont stay here, just make sure you lock everything away.

Just stayed in TRH Torrenova for a week half board and the only good thing we can say about it is the views from most rooms are stunning! Our balcony looked out on the pools and sea and was really gorgeous but that's where the good points end. This hotel is advertised on every website as ideal for families/couples but we spent most of our holiday listening to young partygoers yelling, fighting and swearing most of the night. The animation (day/night) was non existant even though the notice board in the hotel said they were on, much to quite a few families dismay. Rooms were at least clean even though they need a bit of an update.
TRH Torrenova is ideal if you want to party at night and sleep most of the day definately not for families. Wouldn't return here for a family holiday would try elsewhere.

Myself & my 2 daughters have just returned from the TRH Torrenova, Palma Nova 270809 and would say that the rooms are rubbish but the actual hotel is good.
We went self catering and on arrival all looked good. Once we got to our room it was a different story. The fridge didnt work, there were no crockery or cutlery, the room was dirty, the wire was hanging out the main light & there were 4 small drawers for 3 people to use!
I have to say that the staff were great, I had a new fridge within 3 hours, the light was fixed & cutlery/crockery was provided the next morning.
The rooms are basic & I would advise people to take a travel kettle as the one provided stank & the hob took ages to heat up! The surfaces etc were dirty but once you buy a cloth and give it all a clean yorself its ok.
The sheets were not changed all week and towels only changed once which wasnt great, the beds are really hard and didnt get a good nights sleep all week.
After that little winge I thought the pool & pool area was good, the snack bar & staff were nice, it could do with some night time entertainment though.
I would say the hotel is really in Magaluf, 10 min walk from the main strip but far enough away to hear none of it! The beach is really close, as is shops & restaurants.
At the end of the day this was a cheap holiday & you get what you pay for, we had gorgeous sunshine and had a fab time so dont be put off. We would stay at this hotel again, it just wouldnt be my first choice

After reading some of the reports I was somewhat very confused to say the least.
But after only getting back on Sat 11/07/09 I can honestly say dont believe all the negative comments this Hotel is of a very good standard. EXCELENT VIEWS.
We are both Grandparents who went with our grandchildren age 13 & 8, they also enjoyed the Hotel, the Pool is very good, very closely overseen by a on duty Lifeguard, the Pool bar Staff are very courteous along with other Hotel staff.I would agrre there there is a definite need for Evening entertainment.
Obviously some of the rooms were occupied by tennage guests who are a bit noisy but again of a night there is also a on site Security Guard who has no problem confronting any undue noise.
Other than that the area is suitable for all ages must admit though due to the Euro things are VERY expensive so bare that in mind.
The Western park is a Excelent day out for the Kids, take your own drinks food etc if you need to watch your spending. TIP if you know someone who is going the day before you plan to go with your family ask them to get you tickets when they leave and you buy them off them, for lees than half price.

I just came back from there last night, at first i liked it,the pool is reallybig and kids love it, and adults to. The rooms are clean and nothing to be complained about , they have internet which i loved and it was near places. On the other side, there are SOO many bugs outside the room and iknow in spain this is obvious but this was just taking the mick. The hill is flipping massive untill you get use to it , i had to literally drag my 70 year nana up it so its not really good for the elderly however there are different roots. It is quit a noisy hotel even though it is a famiy place but what do you expect, its party time right? The beds properr killed my back, i was inalot of pain,but however there is one thing that tops them all off. The maids are Thieves. It was the 2 days before leaving and we went to a water park for the day, i had a huge bag full of presants for my friends and the picture of me touching dolphins. and alot of other things, came back from the water park and it had vanished, no one had been in the room apart from the maids and they denyed taking it when it was blatantly them!, 70 euros gone, i had to buy everthing again , this spoilt my holsss soo much. However the hotel itself was okay and i enjoyed my holiday there

myself and my family have just returned from majorca ,this hotel has a lovely sea view and pool area the rooms are basic but clean, however we had three children with us who would have loved some evening entertainment this hotel provides none what so ever ,it is not really a family hotel it was full of hen and stag party making plenty of noise in the early hours,the hotel is not in palma nova and it does not have a laundry room carpark or gym as stated saying all that we enjoyed are holiday and the staff were all nice and friendly
