Central Hotel Cheltenham

The Castle Group has recentely changed its name to The Central Hotel Group, which owns Central Hotel, Central Studios, Castle Studios, and Central Servied Apartments. Links to each can be found on all websites owned by The Central Hotel Group, to promote one another. The offices for all four businesses are located at the Central Hotel, but do not work with each other, as are all managed by different people. This is part of The Central Hotel Group's decision to save expenditure costs. I hope this explaination has been helpul.

We are sorry for any inconveniance caused during their customers stay with the Central Hotel. Our in house cleaning staff take every measure to ensure that each room is cleaned thoroughly before a new guest arrives. If there are belevied to be any important matters such as bedbugs in the room, it will not be used unitl the problem is solved. We realise that the car park has caused problems for previous guests, and along with the rooms at the hotel being refurbished, we now have a brand new car park without potholes.

As you will now see in previous managment comments, the rooms at Central Hotel have now been refurbished. During the Gold Cup in Cheltenham, customers will find that the price of accommodation, food and drink rise in Cheltenham by a substantial amount. Although prices seem high, we are not the most expensive hotel in Cheltenham. We do have a small number of standard rooms at the hotel, which means there are shared bathroom facilties. This is explianed to all customers before booking.

Over the last few months the Central Hotel have taken customers review into consideration and have improved our customer service. An all new staff team are now employed at Central Hotel to ensure that all customers get the best out of their stay. We ensure that every customer is aware of what they are booking or have booked, so that they are not dissapointed when arriving at the hotel. We do offer upgrades for a small charge the rooms are available. Thank you.
