I have to totally agree with you in regards to our perfect location, you have everything from Malls, Shops, Restaurant in walking distance to the Hotel as well as the Brand new Al Riqqa metro station which connects you to the whole of Dubai in minutes, including the Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Mall and Mall of Emirates.
