Grace Santorini Hotel

This was the second leg of our holiday - the first left us feeling hugely let down by positive reviews we found on Trip Advisor.. No problems here at the Grace. All we can really add is that all the reviews are right. This is a wonderful place, staffed by nice people, with incredible views. Full marks to Martina and Joseph - they are visible and responsive when you want them to be, and miraculously invisible when you want peace, quiet and privacy. I don't know where to start. This place is amazing and I can list a million reasons why. We stumbled upon Santorini Grace just by chance through a review we saw of Mykonos Grace on Trip Advisor and we are sooooooo glad we did. We booked directly through Martina (her and her husband are the general managers) and the correspondence we had with her made us certain we had made the right choice. Santorini Grace is a fantastic boutique hotel. Three things set it apart: 1. The view is of the best you'll find anywhere in the world. I have been all over the world and have never stayed in a hotel with views as breathtaking. All rooms have a unimpeded view of the caldera and the sunset, and every sunset was simply gorgeous, the highlight of each day. Just got back from our Greek vacation. SANTORINI GRACE was open barely a month, sister to the year old MYKONOS GRACE. Being avid travelers who love detail & attention, small scale boutique-hotels, this hotel was by far spectacular! From the view that leaves you speechless, to huge rooms one could not expect in Europe, the French-inspired cuisine, the champagne breakfast... Our entire experience at Santorini grace was truly incredible . The hotel, the service and the view of the caldera just couldn't get any better. From the time we arrived by ferry, they were there waiting to wisk us away to the hotel The hotel was traditional cycladic ( white sugar cube architecture) yet with every luxury. A true boutique hotel. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. The property only has nine rooms (which we liked) but each one we saw had a tremendous view of the caldera. One sentence: "Feel like at home on holiday". A marvellous sense of service in this prestigious boutique hotel. You do not have to ask, you just receive ! From breakfast all the way to dinner, your palate will be just thrilled. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, all up-to-date AV included. Views are unique: with the changing lights of the day, you will always discover something new. A wonderful jewel to discover or to go back to as often as possible !

As we got in our room we felt like there was no need to go anywere else on the island to find a better spot to enjoy the beautiful view of the Caldera and the amazing sunsets of Santorini. When you add a warm welcome of Martina and Joseph, the excelent service of the rest of the team and a French chef is there anything more to ask? We had a great time and we hope to go back soon.

I first saw details of this hotel in the May House & Garden, Hotels by Design suppliment, It was beyond all my expectations, great location, good accomodation. The sunsets were fantastic all helped along with the odd glass of Champagne served by very caring staff. We needed to relax and be pampered and that is exactly what we got. Small is beautiful. How true that is of Santorini Grace. Cocooned in this chic contemporary haven we were totally pampered by the staff. We relaxed in a private pool on our terrace, taking in the magic of Santorini. Next to the hotel is the tiniest of churches. We plan to return next year to renew our wedding vows, just as the sun sets. Cannot imagine a more beautiful experience? Santorini Grace is perfection!

Santorini grace Hotel is wonderful. We just came back from there and it was the best of all our trip. They opened this month, Excellent chic rooms with lots of details. Atention from all the staff was amazing. They serve a very tasteful champagne breakfast with lovely breads. They have breathtaken views, very romantic. Any detail you can imagine is there !!! Very special place to stay and enjoy with your love one. Also they offer you a complementary pick up and drop off either the port or the airport , so you won't have to worry about... more
