Imerovigli Palace Hotel

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful, from the moment we arrived at 6.30am (earlier than planned) Fred and his crew made us feel welcome and at home. The view of the Caldera literally takes your breath away! Fred, Goran and Elias are warm and very accommodating to all of your needs - the food was very authentic if you decide to order room service. We are a family of 4 and we spent one week at the Imerovigli Palace last july. This place is totally gorgious, the view on Thirassia and the vulcano is amazing. We have visited the island intensively and I can say that it is, in my opinion, the best view of Santorini ! Stayed at the Immerovigli Palace as part of a recent holiday around the Greek Islands. The hotel is nice, and its setting is spectacular .... right on the Caldera with stunning views. The sunsets are amazing ! The hotel location was the only negative, as it was about a 40 minute walk to Immerovigli Itself, and about an hour walk to Fira. We spent a week at the Imerovigli Place in June and had a wonderful time. The view is spectacular and constantly changing during the day. Fred made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and couldn't do enough for us, giving us insights and recommending trips and resturants around the island. The location is far enough from the center of town to feel that it is your own private resort making it a very relaxing vaction. Would return anytime.

We were staying down the road and visited the Palace on several occasions, for the pool, breakfast and dinner. Shown the rooms and liked them a lot, good value also. Fred is a charming host and nothing is too much trouble, plan to stay in the future. Graham and Janet, U.K.

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Greece including Santorini. We stayed at Imerovigli Palace for three nights and had a great experience. We had a nice room which was clean and comfortable. We had a private patio with a caldera view...all rooms have either patios or balconies with the great view. The pool is large and inviting, and also has the impressive view over the caldera. The hotel is set on a cliff overlooking the sea and caldera and is about 20 minutes walk by cliff path or main road from the village of Imerovigli. It has the most superb views from the rooms and from the lovely swimming pool and eating area. A Continental-style breakfast is served with the usual fare (although bacon, eggs and omelette are available for a supplement) by the swimming pool. Stayed in the Imerovigli Palace with my now husband and 20 guests for our Wedding at the Profit Ilias on the 24th June 2005. The hotel has an amazing view especially of the famous sunset, the pool (largest on the island) is lovely and clean abit cold a times but sometimes needed!! The rooms are all themed and each one is different we stay in the Aphrodite suite for the honeymooners and it was 5 star!! Stayed at Imerovigli Palace for a week in early June. The hotel has a great location right next to the Santorini Princess and Rocabella Suites. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. By car you can get to Fira in about 5 min and to Imerovigli in 2 min. There is no restaurant on the premises but there are places to eat close by. The view is really amazing. We've spent great time in Santorini with a wonderful service from Imerovigli Palace. This hotel is simply the best. For me the best spot in Santorini. A lot of privacy, a huge pool, comfort and romance. The people are so nice. Really good. If we could, we would go back right away. John
