Im a scubadiver and cozumel its a great place to dive. all the times, i spend the night in the Hotel La Casona Cozumel. its a great hotel, very friendly attention, clean, confortable and good price. the restaurant its very recomended too.

WE were happy to stay in the hotel La Casona Real, it is pefect place to stay in cozumel the very good price and nice. The Hotel is really, really hidden gem in the island, I recommend an all people, We will come back the next year..............wow I miss it !!!!!!!!

My husband and I wanted to go away for a couple of days, and found this beautiful place, with really good service and friendly staff! And the prices are amazing for what you get! I highly recommend this place for people who do not want to spend a lot and want a great clean comfortable place to stay!

We just had the best vacation ever,and the most important part of it was that staying at LA CASONA REAL was an exeptional experience,I travel with 3 kids and this was the perfect place to be,the pool area is calm and beautiful,staff is very helpful, always aware of our needs and very polite,a plus is that it is family owned and they are always available. We had 2 rooms; both were absolutely comfortable and I was surprised at how clean and neat the rooms were.Never imagined that for such a reasonable price,my family and I would have...

i have a perfect vacation with my friend here in la casona,the service they give to us was exelent the staff are very,very friendly,the rooms are very clean this hotel is near to everything,gas station,supermarket,open market just a few blocks also the main plaza.here in la casona i drink the best smoothy i everhad and how can i forgot the chicken fajitas yoomy,pedro the waiter

The hotel es extremly clean, the staff is amazing, what ever you want you can have it, the owners are always available. In my stay, they treated me as a family, making a huge effort, to have everything in order, in the exact time I needed... If I ever come back to cozumel, I will come back to la Casona real for sure!!!, ooo I forgot, the location is expectacular, everything in your feet!. Thank you La Casona Real

I just returned from a trip to Cozumel Island, and what an experience !!! I went down to relax, and enjoy my vacation time, reading and writting. Well, i really did, and i spend all my mornings at the beach..and the afternoon...relaxing by the pool side, reading and enjoying the heat and the tranquility of the place. My room has a window with view on the pool! I took some pictures of the pool area (wich i love) and of diferents mexican paintings that they have on the inside walls of the Hotel... very nice....
Great price with walking distance from beach, shopping, and restaurants.

This is a Family owned hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff and very, very clean. The rooms are nicely decorated with a Mexican Style. You can walk to where the Cruise Ships dock, the beach, wonderful duty-free shops and great restaurants. Also, you are walking distance to where you can rent Mopeds and go around the Island at your own pace. I would recommend it for families and for couples too.

Have been going to Coz since 1991, love the diving , people and island. I don't do all-inclusives and have stayed at most the downtown hotels and some house rentals over the years. Found La Casona Real through a friend. Couldn't have been happier with the choice. Clean rooms with WiFi, a pool in the central court, gracious owners and excellent staff . Way too Noisy

The hotel way reasonably priced clean and very friendly staffed but.....you get absolutly no sleep what so ever. this place is loud slamming doors all night long music til about 4 am from bar across the stree then in early morning hours when you think you may be able to catch a wink or 2 of sleep then the rooster starts in. wow we were here for 10 days and the only sleep we could get was at the beach.

Dear customer, I appreciate the comment you put on last year regarding the Hotel . Finally , i am more involved in my property since few months that i took over back the management of the property. And i do apologize because your comment had never been answered. I would like to clarify some of the points of your complain: - We changed the door system so doors now don't slammed anymore , you were right ... it was very noisy .... - The bar located next to the hotel has been redecorated and we agreed with the administration to recover the inside walls with a special material to reduce the noise. - And regarding the rooster ... it is commun in the Island that people has garden and some animals in their yard. Once again, i remain at your orders, and please , advise me if you have some travel plans to come back to cozumel, we would love to have the oportunity to received you at the Hotel again.
