Large room and nice staff; Delicious food; We had a wonderful time here! We enjoyed it very much! A like home feeling; Thanks for the beautiful memories In short, the hotel was very good for the money paid. Exactly what you need from a hotel. We will go there again.

Our fulfilling sabbatical after an year...

A beautiful property and that too, with a “thought-thru” theme expressed in wood, carved magically pristine; clean, cozy and contemporary. Reached in the morning by 8.00 am and the check-in took less than 10 minutes. Wonderful staff, proactive and pleasant. Rooms were large with a spectacular view of the Arabian Sea. The attitude of staff made us feel welcome. I had special arrangement requests which were fulfilled to the last word. In fact, we extended our stay by another 2 days. The pool was great but could not make use of the gym....

Good architecture of the hotel

It is a brand new property at Kovalam and quite thought of architecture of the building. Nice experience of stay. Shall suggest avoid visiting Kovalam during rainy season as you can't go out. Food is quite good but approach to restaurent from the main building is trouble some if it is raining. They should contrsuct some covered approach from the lobby to the restaurent else you may get drenched during rains. Overall experience nice but appears the property is overpriced.

Turtle on the Beach is a new resort with great potential. The hotel has huge rooms and nice decor and furniture. It is great value for money, especially at the beginning of season time. The all day dining restaurant serves a nice breakfast and has some nice local specialties. The hotel also has a very nice pool! The only thing that might need improvement is the service- very nice, friendly hotel staff, however service is a little slow and laid-back. Overall, a reasonable and pleasant place to stay in Kovalam.

Definately Not a 5 Star Resort

It was a business trip, but we decided to stay in a resort in Kovalam..Wanted to Enjoy the beaches of Kovalam as we had a day off between our work and commitments. The Hotel/Resort was just Ok. Check-in was too long, had to wait 20 Mins before they can confirm and allot us a Room Staff- Looks like they are fresh, they just sleep and then they have to be reminded, that we are waiting for the service to be rendered Activity- Not too many, just a pool and that too a very small one. Nice property near the beaches of Kovalam

This new property has been renovated really nicely, my room (standard room) was perfect - great size with a balcony. Set above Eve and Lighthouse beach, so you have a 10/15 minute walk to the beach. It has a nice pool and the staff were really friendly. My only negative was a festival going on and loud tinny music blaring out of a speaker on the nearby road at an extremely unsocialble hour, not the hotels fault but being near the road you can get a little noise. But if you are in India you have to expect noise!!!

Stayed at this property over the weekend. Its extremely well located and the rooms are VERY spacious and offer great views of the ocean(go for a room on the top floor). theres also a big balcony to spend sone quality time and watch the sun go down... All in all, a very good property though the food could be improved on. Service is decent too

We stayed at the Turtle on the beach in Kovalam, India in Jan 2010 with my family comprising of 5 adults and 2 children 6/3. The hotel was really beautiful. It is siutated on top of the beach with breathtaking views from all rooms. The rooms were immaculate. We stayed in 2 deluxe rooms and 1 duplex room. All rooms were extremely spacious and well designed. Our duplex room had a queen bed downstairs and a queen matress upstairs with flat screen tv's and a bath/shower with all the facilities.
