Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel and Spa

Came with a pre-opening deal and got an upgrade to a junior suite. Standard of service best I've seen in a country which, let's face it, isn't known for its customer service skills. Great infinity pool but pity it's situated so it gets no sun in afternoon - and the water in the beach opposite isn't great. Great gym and spa though. Overall highly recommended.

We stayed here for 6 days and were very impressed by the hotel, it's staff, and facilities. We upgraded to the club lounge and it was well and truly worth the extra US$60 per night. The staff were excellent, very friendly and we had some good conversations - they recommended a very good tailor in Nha Trang (Hoi An tailors) as we didn't have time (ironically enough) in Hoi An. It's probably true to say that Nha Trang will change montly as money spills into the area and new hotels spring up at an alarming rate. The Area The Sheraton Nha Trang is toward the end of what seems to be some sort of 'Golden Mile' or 'Strip'. It's a good location and is opposite a decent beach (I didn't see the "gross" beach that another poster refered to). Assuming you havent arrived in Nha Trang from an international destination, you'll have no trouble crossing the road although there is a guy to help you should you need it.... more

We stayed @ the Sheraton for one night having travelled from HCMC over night. We arrived at 6am in the morning, We were really not expecting to be able to check in until later in the day, but this was the 1st opportunity for the hotel to show its great service. We were checked in straight away and shown around our club room by a member of the fantastic team of staff. Our room was amazing overlooking the beach on the 23rd Floor. Stayed here with SPG points. The bathroom is great and the facility is very new and refreshing. Also note that there are no private beaches on the main boulevard in Nha Trang. The main beach in Nha Trang is actually quite gross, regardless of which hotel you stay at. The water is dirty, and the sand is littered with cigarette butts and twigs. My main complaint about Sheraton is that the bedding blanket was very uncomfortable... It felt like the sheets were made of nylon / polyester. Also, the infinity pool is very shallow... only... more

My family had a wonderful weekend in Nha Trang. Sheraton is a new, beautiful and in a convenient location near by the beach. Services in the hotel were good. Staffs were good training, very polite and warm whenever we met. Room was clean, nice and quiet. There are two in the hotel restaurant serves Asian food and European food. Both are very clean and had excellent food. Way out to sea a little bit inconvenient because we must pass the busy road, but for Vietnamese people like us, is not a very big problem. We recently stayed at the Sheraton Nha Trang for a weekend with our young children. We live in Saigon and are eager to discover good weekend destination spots. We are also familiar with many other locations in Vietnam and can put this place in perspective. When we arrived at the Sheraton and saw its location, we were disappointed. What most reviews don't mention is that there is a very busy road separating the hotel from the beach. They do have a guard on duty to help you cross but when his is on a coffee break, you are on your own!... more

We just spent 6 days at this Property and we were thoroughly spoilt by both Staff and Management. Firstly, the Hotel is very new, but superb, and must only get better when all floors and the Club Lounge come on line. As it was, we were able to use our Lounge benefits in the main Lobby Bar, so nothing was too much trouble. I don't write reviews very often but I was so impressed with the quality of this hotel that I thought it deserved some support. This week I held a 2-day conference at the Sheraton in Nha Trang (and stayed there as well). The Events team, led by Ms. Thuy, were outstanding and very professional. The conference rooms are really beautiful and the business lunches were great. My husband and I were travelling with our 10 & 6 year old. We were fortunate to stay at the Sheraton Nha Trang, which had only opened three weeks prior to our stay. The rooms are fantastic for a family - two double beds, so no extra charge for a rollaway bed. WOW - rainwater showerhead, flat screen TV, Views from the bed, couch, balcony of the bay.
