Devasom Hua Hin Resort

The best kept secret in Hua Hin. Tranquility and serenity will be the words to describe this place. A perfect place for a romantic getaway or for relaxation. Away from the noisy town area but remember to bring what you need as the closest convenience shop is quite far away. Definitely an underated place. Two thumbs up!

The hotel run by khun Rasri and her son. She welcomed us the 1st minute we arrived at the hotel. She played piano and sang some songs with us. She even tought me a piano lesson. The food at the hotel is also very delicious. They served traditional Thai food ie.kao soy. - very yummy. The morning view of the sea is magnificent as the hotel is located next to the sea. The hotel just opened this year in July 2010. Highly recommended for anyone who want to try something new and warm hospitality.

I came here for Business seminar. I am very impressed with their staff at the first meet. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is Thai boutique style. The room is very big space and clean. I like the bath tub style in the bath room. Very Relax..... will go back again with family soon.

We traveled to Hua Hin during Thai New Year and decided to stay at Devasom during their soft opening in last April 2010. Eventhough it was just a soft opening during that time, we must say that we were very impressed. The service was excellent. They paid attention to little details. We loved the breakfast so much. My family and I stayed at the Devasom for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. This family run and independent hotel has just opened and the attention to detail is incredible. The setting and property are quite magical. The views from all the rooms and the pool are perfect, giving onto the sea. And while there is no beach and one cannot swim in the sea, the pool, common rooms/areas and rooms are lovely for lounging about. My wife and me together with 5 couples, all Thais, who are my friends has asked an event organizer to arrange a Re-wedding party and honeny moon trip at this hotel during October 23-25, 2010. Altogether there are about 12 families come to stay at this hotel, including the 6 couples who arranged the Re-wedding and honeymoon trip. We wanted a nice weekend getaway from Bangkok and found this recently opened gem on the internet. After living in Bangkok for three years we have been to many places and seen many great hotels, including many in the Hua HIn area. However, this hotel is one of the most stunning and special places; and we will definitely be back here on our next available weekend. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in a seaside suite, my daughter and her friend were in adjoining rooms. The location, the facilities, the rooms, the food and everything about the resort was first class. Sadly it was let down by the poor attitude of the staff. Thailand is supposed to be the land of smiles, not many were seen at this resort. The lack of attention and customer service is a great shame as everything about the resort is perfect. It has not been open too long and I do hope the staff are encouraged to put their customers first.

Only open now for 2 month's , but staff and everyone are skilled and ready to please, Food is great , salt water pool is well looked after and the feel of living in a hotel of the 1920's is in your mind as the room's are built to that design plus the whole of the hotel , well priced , right on the beach , close to the city . so try it out but dont tell to many people about this hotel as i want it all to my self .

WeEWe spent the night in a beach-side villa. Like the design, warm hospitality and very good food.
