Dear Guest; Thank you for your feedback following your recent stay at Vivenda Calangute, Goa. I have carefully gone through your feed back in the areas like room service, your expectations the Menu and cleanliness of the swimming pool etc. Regarding the Menu, the Chef had tastefully tried to offer a variety, as well as there have been Food Festivals, Grills and Bar Be cues in the evenings. It was very surprising for us to read about cleanliness of our swimming pool, as we try to main fairly high levels of cleanliness throughout the Hotel. However, your concern has been conveyed to the concerned dept. to ensure a clean and hygiene swimming pool at all times. Our hotel will soon be undertaken for some renovations. I very much hope that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back again soon and on your next visit to Goa, we are sure you will appreciate the changes made to meet all expectations. Dear Madam / Sir, We at Vivenda Calangute, Goa would like to thank you for sparing your time in writing your this review. It will help us improve and work to ensure such errors do not repeat in future. Due to some technical problem at the sunken bar, we could not operate it, but the service was available on call which is very prominently displayed on the counter itself. For the size of our hotel where in we have 50 rooms, our recreation facilities are quite sufficient with Table Tennis, Carrom Board, Dart Board and out door activities organised as per schedule. We definitely do not agree with you as far as the swimming pool is concerned. Size of our swimming pool, is fairly large for a Hotel of 50 rooms and may be one of the biggest in that area comparable in the same category. Madam/Sir, you would be pleased to know that your feedback has been discussed with the management and the required steps have been taken to improve on whatever is permissible in the category/standard we are presently in. For example, the A/C remotes have been placed in the rooms, the pool table has been changed, etc. Regarding the set up of the Gym, we would like to inform you that this was under installation. We have just newly received the machines which were placed may be, haphazardly. We hope you will give us an opportunity to serve you to your fullest expectation in future. Wish to see you soon. Dear Guest, We at Vivenda Calangute, Goa would like to express our concerned about the inconvenience caused to you when you stayed with us in Dec 2009. As you have mentioned in your feedback about staff being helpful, we would like to inform that management is also dedicated and their endeavour is to see that every guest has a happy and comfortable stay with us. In this regard, the management has taken half of the hotel under renovation to do up the full block in which you were accommodated. It was very painful for us that you did not accept our offer to change your room to the new block side and you chose to stay in the same room. However, as a gesture of our apology and concern, we have already sent you an invite to stay with us for the same period or as and when you are free to travel. I hope the agent has passed on the same to you or else we will send it to you if we could have your contact details. We hope we will get an opportunity to serve you in our new ambience soon.
