Asia Paradise Hotel

Certainly not a 4 stars as advertised. Located in an extremely noisy area; The lobby is unwelcome and the room needs to be refurbished. Bath curtains and towels are dirty. Windows not cleaned. Meals at breakfast are a total joke! We love Vietnam and are touring for many weeks and stayed in 2 or 3 stars and this hotel is by far the worst hotel we have encountered.

We had booked a suite in this hotel, and after 10 days of the 5 of us being in 2 rooms it was lovely to be able to stretch out a bit. It is a relatively new hotel and was very clean. The front desk staff leave a little to be desired in terms of efficiency and friendliness but everywhere else in the hotel the staff were great. It has a good location.

This hotel was great the rooms vere clean had every thing you need we had city and sea views on 11 floor stayed 4 night wanted to stay longer but were booked out the staff were good location good breakfast great ,overall best hotel of our stay in vietnam.

Right on the main strip of Nha Trang with views of the beach/ nightlife depending on your room. The windows are huge and the rooms spacious, but best of all the staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful. They would never let you take your own bag. The pool on the roof is nice and service good, but what really impressed me is how they dealt with my boyfriends illness. We stayed at Asia Paradise on 20th May 07 due to diff to get an extra night at Vin Pearl while some members of my family had their stay extended.We booked the Asia Paradise through TNK travel for 37US$/night but i think you can have it for 32US$ with another travel agent in SG.At first they put me into room 306 which the window faced to the inner corridor!! A VERY UNDERATED HOTEL We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms can only be described as AMAZING. They would put some 5 Star hotels to shame. We chose a Delux City View. The room had a separate lounge room, 2 x tv's and mini bars, 2 x bathrooms all for just over US$50 / night. Our first night we had no hot water so we were upgraded to a suite (which was way too big for 2 people). I must admit I was a bit wary of this hotel because of the negative reviews on this site but as it is pretty much central, near the beach and it was Chinese New Year, I took my chances. I was very pleasantly surprised how delightful this hotel is. The service from staff in all areas was fabulous including the reception area. The rooms are very comfortable and huge. I thought the hotel provided exceptional value and don’t miss the Jacuzzi, Steam bath, Sauna and Massage!

Asia Paradise is just that - Paradise! The rooms are gorgeous and the service was outstanding. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was nice and a variety to choose, from fresh fruit to bacon and eggs. The roof top pool is something special, with beautiful views. Great to sit on the roof top and sip on a drink while admiring the views. I would definately be staying here again if I ever get back to Nha Trang and will be recommending Asia Paradise to friends.

I stayed here for about 7 days in total and although the room was very nice tastefully decorated and classy, i have to agree with the other reviewer the desk staff are a bit off. They seemed very judgemental and really started to annoy me so much that i checked into another hotel down the road. Also it's not very good value when you start to look around you will realise this. Stayed here for 2 nights from the reviews here it being a brand new hotel. The only thing I can commend on is the free internet in the lobby. The reception folks need a lot of training on great customer service. The hotel's website claims that it is a 4-star, but it is more like a 3-star hotel. Yes, the hotel is brand new, and so is the smell of the rooms. It smells like paint and it takes some time to get used to. The floors are hardwood laminates with cheap quality furniture.
