Amari Nova Suites Pattaya

We stayed here for one night in March and would certainly consider staying here again. The unit was large and well equipped. It reminded me of staying in a model suite but the beds were comfortable and having a large comfortable couch was a plus. The pool was warm and pleasant to swim in. We had breakfast in our room and it was excellent. The location is a bit out of the way but you can get anywhere by songtow. We were a family with three children and it worked out well for us.

This is a lovely hotel, clean and quiet with guests seemily spread out over the 8 floors so there is no feel of being on top of one another. It is light, well air conditioned and superbly maintained - with a fantastic rooftop pool (complete with free lounge towels) for rest and relaxation. Our room had a large fridge, washing machine and full cooking facilities. I am willing to stay at amari again in next 2 months first time i been here last year and very good service and very nice staff at front desk they are smiling all the time and like to teach me some thai word...

I enjoyed staying at the Nova Suites and meeting wonderful staff. Everyone was so kind and accomodating.Receptionist were always so pleasant, friendly and very helpful. I hope to come back soon!!!

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was spacious enough but rather austere -- no rugs as shown on http://www.amari.com/novasuites/guestroom.aspx, no extra cushions, and no wall decor apart from the pictures as an excuse for which I was told that the photo on the website showed the three-bedroom suite... What was worse, however, was the lack of cleanliness, which was only attended to after a reminder (but never really resolved). All in all worth the money (for the reduced rate of approx. THB 2900/night), but certainly not a top choice.

We stayed here in November 2008. Our stay was extented with a couple of days due to the problems on the airport. Full cooperation from staff to arrange traintickets to travel to Chiang Mai and from there to fly back home. Apartment: 90 sm and luxurious. Good beds, no backacks Excellent service. Location for us was good. A bit away from the noise. No problem to reach 1st, 2nd or 3rd Road. (Free) hotel transportation thr. golfcar (24/7). Swimmingpool on topfloor (appr. 15*8 meter). Good fitness We'll be back next year.

I spent a few days recently at the one-year-old Amari Nova Suites in Pattaya. The hotel is modern, clean and a great value. The only real downside--unless this is something you're looking for--is that it is located far away from the beach and all local attractions. Stayed here on a business trip for over a month and found this hotel was excellent and a joy to return to after a long day. Lovely sitting area, kitchen, comfortable bedroom (en-suite) with internet access which enabled me to keep up to date with my business back home. It does what it says on the tin "a home from home while you are away". Staff helpful, courteous and efficient. Will recommend to colleagues and friends.

The first thing i will comment on are the staff, They are all very helpfull and polite and will help you with anything you need. The hotel has a free shuttle! it's a golf cart that can carry 5 people plus the driver with comfort. A very comfortable place to stay! A home away from home. stayed dec 07 and got great rate only problem was hotel was a couple of weeks from being completed and builders were in room next to ours every day, management tried to solve the noise but never quite managed it. left 4 days early due to building work but will return this year as location was good, quiet road away from hustle and bustle, staff excellent, roof top pool small but well kept. 2 bars one all white and stunning, ice bar wasn't open when we stayed but will be now. overall great hotel, will book again, rooms larger, clean,... more
