Hotel Cachet

I cannot recommend this highly enough. It was my third visit and am already planning my next. It is a complete chill in fabulous surroundings made even more special by unsurpassed Turkish hospitality.

This was our second visit having stayed previously 8 months earlier in Sept. 2009. With so much of the world to see we rarely ever visit the same place twice. We were looking for a place to rest, 'chill-out' and recharge our batteries after a hectic period of work (and also our daughters wedding held at home!). Found this hotel by chance as we were looking for somewhere to stay near Kas. We were amazed by the views and decided to book. We were pampered throughout our stay and looked after by the excellent staff who were always polite and helpful. We had a suite with panoramic sea views - a delight to wake up to in the mornings. We loved swimming in the pool and the sea using the hotels beach and bathing platform which goes right into the sea. We found the hotel on Trip Advisor after reading the reviews and we were not disappointed. At checkin the owner welcomed us and introduced us to the manager and the chef. We were then shown to our room and it was a fabulous room, a standard room but double in size compared to other hotels. Well furnished, good decor and fantastic bathrooms with huge showers. I came here in April just with a mate of mine, we fancied a quiet, cheap and hot week just chilling. This place was perfect. From the hotel-airport transfer to the cocktails by the pool to the fresh delicious food. The food was so nice actually, we wouldnt have thought we were just in a hotel restaurant, it was actually proper restaurant food. We tayed with our teenagers and extended family in April and were the only people occupying three of the 11 rooms/suites in the hotel. It is newly renovated and in need of some softening touches like rugs and painting etc. That said, some people woul find the stark marble whiteness soothing and certainly nothing competes with the view outside. Hotel Cache we found accidentally on the internet and it turned out to be one of those hidden gems that no one else seems to have found out about. The hotel is situated right on the southern coast just outside the small town of Kas, looking over to the Greek island of Meis. The sunsets from our bedroom were stunning. We love love LOVE this hotel! This place has great everything! The rooms are huge and face the sea. The food is amazing and the service is perfect. Definitely worth a visit - perfect chillout holiday. We'll be back again next year.

This hotel was rushed into service for the latter part of 09 season. But for a start upit was truly excellent. The mangement were open to suggestion and the attentive service was superb. For 2010 this hotel will be THE place for tranquility and location.

This is a grest find. It's a bit off the beaten track down a steep road just outside of the main town but it's definitely worth the trip. Previously stayed at the Meis Hotel next door which this used to be part of but this is a world apart from that. The place has been completely modernised and we loved the huge shower in the ensuite bathroom. The rooms are big (massive by most standards) and the suites are huge.
