I would certainly echo all the previous positive reviews for this hotel. It was definitely an oasis but not in a dessert as the surrounding area is lush and green due to the nearby river. From the moment you step through the bright and airy reception area to the pool beyond you are transported to peace and relaxation for the rest of your holiday. We have just returned from 11 nights in Dalyan where we stayed at the perfect Sandy Brown Hotel. Astrid and Kamil are the perfect hosts. Just a five minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the centre of town, walking into the SandyBrown is like stepping into an oasis. The rooms are clean and bright; and all windows are fitted with mosquito nets (even though the mosquitos didn't seem to be much of a problem). The pool is large and eco friendly (no chlorine). Stayed in a Villa in Dalyan and chanced upon the Sandybrown by good fortune. Kamel and Astrid host this little corner of paradise, hidden behind a very unpretentious front. Step through the semi open reception area to find the lovely pool and garden. We came upon this holiday by accident whilst looking for holidays in Greece and really glad we did. Being outside the Euro, it is probably the best THE HOTEL By far the best place we've stayed in, mainly because of the hospitality. The value for money is second to none. Fantastic holiday location, run on eco lines by Astrid and Kamel. A note of caution, If you are unsure about dogs, Zhilly the owners pet is allowed the full run of the place, however she is extremely friendly and no bother at all. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners and they regularly request your feedback and suggestions. The b-b-q nights are a must and you won't be able to eat all the delicious food. Have just returned after 11 wonderful days at the Sandy Brown Hotel. The hotel is run by Astrid and Kamil, two of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. Their attention to detail and their total commitment to making your holiday as perfect as can be is second to none. The hotel only has 12 rooms. First, I have to say the Sandybrown hotel is an extremely charming place definitely. We had planned a holiday as long as 8 days but we just stayed only 2 nights due to we had to visit other toursitic sites other than Dalyan. There are 12 rooms, swimming pool, pool side bar, garden with palm trees that you can chill-out. It is operated by a sweet couple and you can really feel yourself at home.
