Arkadia Hotel

A beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel in a very quiet and peaceful location, the Arkadia won't disappoint if you're looking for a relaxing holiday somewhere slightly off the beaten track of the tourist resorts in Zakynthos. We stayed at the Arkadia Hotel for a week in July, we was met at the airport by taxi and greeted by Angleos when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are large with a small kitchen area and a large bedroom. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas. This hotel is family run by Angleos and his wife who are both very helpful and kind but also all of the staff are very friendly and will help in anyway. Just returned after eleven glorious days at the Arkadia. From the time we were picked up at the airport nothing was to much trouble for Angleos,his wife Mary or any of the staff. The hotel and rooms were spotless and the food was excellant, with snacks, evening meal and a full english breakfast available. I think the continental breakfast could maybe have a wider choice of cerals and fruit though this was a minor point. My friends & I have just returned from our stay at the hotel Arkadia and can honestly say it has been just perfect. we were collected from the airport by Angelos himself and from then on were spoilt rotten! The rooms are large ,airy and spotlessly clean, The staff were attentive at all times and nothing was too much trouble. We were treated like royalty on our end of May/start of June holiday in Zakynthos. The owner Angulos and his wife Mary, along with a dedicated team of staff saw that our holiday was possibly our best ever, covering car hire, exchange of euros, cleaning, and anything else we could ask for. Angelos and his family are extremely friendly people, my partner and I had a fantastic stay at the Arkadia Hotel. The hotel is very clean, the food is a delight, especially Angelos' BBQ nights, the Mythos is ice cold and Angelos is a brilliant host. I would most definately recommend staying at Arkadia.

Anyone wanting a totally relaxing and stress free holiday need look no further than Arkadia Hotel. It is a fairly small family run business.Angelos and his staff have extremely high standards and I am pleased to say that these standards are easily met. We stayed at the Arkadia for 2 weeks in July and had the most wonderfully relaxing holiday. Angelos, his family and staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were looked after from the moment we arrived at the airport until we were dropped back there 2 weeks later. The hotel was exactly what we imagined from the hotel website in terms of the photos and the descriptions. It is basically a small family run hotel where the owner 'Agelos' meets you at the airport on arrival and then his staff including the lovely 'Antonia' warmly greet you. We stayed at the Arkadia Hotel in Kipseli, Tsilivi in August 2007. A truly lovely small family run hotel with hand picked staff. The beautiful crystal clear pool and poolside was really well looked after by Angelos, Antonia, Eddie and Spiros. They were just so genuinely friendly, pleasant and helpful. If I asked Antonia on a morning for something different from the menu she would just go and get it - from the bakers, supermarket etc. Just lovely, lovely people.
