Grange Moor Hotel

After reading some of the previous comments made by other members of the public I am in shock and awe at how some of them are allowed out in public! Because they must be mental. I am a Rep and sleep in a hotel more than my own house, so I know about what makes a hotel good or bad. This hotel was brilliant. Our daughter has just had her wedding at this hotel, and I was more than pleased with the way the hotel staff ran her wedding and reception. They laid out the tables beautifully and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The accomodation was clean and well kept, the food was good and the service was excellent. I can highly recommend the Grange Moor as a place to hold both a wedding and a wedding reception.

Had our wedding here (ceremony, sit down meal and evening buffet and disco; as well as ourselves and most of our guests saying overnite) Fantastic service, the food was excellent. Rooms were comfortable, well decorated and clean. The staff were friendly, cheerful and always happy to help no matter what we asked. Excellent value for money as well

WE have just had a first rate stay at the Grange Moor, the room was clean and well maintained. The reception staff could not have been more helpful. All the waiting staff made sure we were served as quickly as possible. A plus for us was the hotel had its own off road parking, which meant we could park up and not worry. All in all a very pleasent time.

Stayed here for a friends wedding and had a brilliant stay. Hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere and staff were excellent. The food both at the wedding and the previous night in the restaurant was very good and resonable (breakfast also first class) and the Wedding Reception itself was superb and our friends were "over the moon". I have just read the previous reviews and can not believe it is the same hotel. Our family room was filthy, locks falling apart, mattresses sagging, bedspreads faded. Positioned right between a disco and the bar toilets. No warning of this at time of booking or on arrival. When trying to sleep we had to put up with drunks from the disco leaning on our door discussing their genitals. we had our wedding at grangemoor june 2007. the staff was so friendly in the smooth running of the day, they would try to help us as much as possible. the food was basic but ver nice, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. we had a lovely wedding at the grangemoor hotel

We researched the hotle on the internet but as it was importnat to get an early start I telephoned the hotel to check if we could get an early breakfast. They assured us we could through the night porter and at the same time took our booking. They did not adise us of the total price and we assumed it was that quoted on their website. The night porter saw us come doen to have breakfast at 6 am and even said good morning. We had our engagement party at the hotel everyone was very helpful and friendly, we also stayed over night with family and friends the rooms were modern and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for one night at the Grange Moor Hotel while visiting Maidstone. with my husband & two sisters. The two rooms we had were tastefully decorated & furnished to a high standard. The food in the restaurant for an evening meal and the breakfast were excellent. The staff were all first class, even though there was a wedding party going on the night we were there, all the staff made us feel very welcome & looked after us very well.
