Bellacasa Suites & Club

Quite simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stupidly we booked this holiday through Hays Travel, apparently they do not do package but the holiday is split first they book bums on aircraft then look for hotels. Tried to get some reviews on this hotel before we left but they seemed sketchy, now have found out the property has changed hands three times. this hotel is the worst we have ever been to,the place is a death trap.this hotel is supposed to be ideal for familys.we have two children aged 5 and 2.there is no entertainment of a night,the food is absolutley terrible and the drink is not much better.A lot of the staff say they cant understand what you are saying and when they can they have a bad attitude.This is not a place for english people it caters for every one but the english.Lots and lots of steps to climb.Over all a rubbish hotel.....

Arrived to find no room available, was offerd alternative in different hotel , refused as very dirty and smelly. was then finally found one above a night club up lots of steps, which was not told about, no hotwater for 4 days, food was disgusting for a 4 * hotel that is all inclusive, they did not cater for the english what so ever, entertainment very poor, and to far to walk to the beach would not recomend this hotel to anyone we are elderly people and this hotel is very much not suitable, my daughter also came with her husband but... more

Just returned from a week at the Bella Casa Suites. Had a fantastic time and will for sure return to Turkey next year, just maybe not to the Bella Casa Suites. Hotel was great for what we paid. POOLS: Two nice size pools, baby pools and a slide for the kids. When we arrived at about 5.30am there was towels already down on the sun-loungers! I am 22 years old and booked to go to the Bella Casa 'Hotel' with 2 friends from 29th June 09 to 6th July 09. There seems to be some confusion over the hotels - one is Bella Casa Hotel and the other is Bella Casa suites / club, for some strange reason all our detais went to suites / club which wasnt the best start when arriving at 4.30am when your tired!! we arrived at 11pm ,we were taken to our room, they was on the top floor.the room was very small and so was the bathroom. The next morning we counted the steps and there was 123 ,so be prepared.we did asked to be moved and three days later we were moved to a lower apartment and it was also much bigger. had a great holiday at the bella casa suites, a lot of steps but you get used to them, met some amazing people and the waiters and staff was lovely! only about 5 minutes away from the town so didnt really need to get the dolmus (bus), stops outside the hotel if you need it. food could be a bit better but they was making some improvements while we was there. all in all a great holiday! :)

We were due to stay at the Bella Casa Suites from June 29th to July 6th this year. After arriving at 4.30am on Tuesday 30th we checked in, only to be told that there were no rooms available & we'd have to stay somewhere else( The Sunway,I've left a review of this hotel elsewhere on Tripadvisor). We were given no information as to the reason for the lack of rooms & were just told that we may have a room in 4 or 5 days! haveing arrived at the bellacasa suit hotel at 4am on the 7th july it took until 2pm on wed 8th to get into a room there,they put us into the Sunway which was in very poor condition, altogether not a great experiance

We stayed in bella casa suites, great hotel for price, food was average. Cant complain about the drinks. hotel was very clean and spacious. Ex self catering rooms. staff were great Hotel located 5mins walk from all bars and restaurant but not to close that you can hear them. 10mins walk to bar street. and bus always comes outside the hotel about every 10mins and your always droped off right outside your hotel by bus service.
