Friendly staff, fully inovated, nice environment. Agia Napa is a nice place for vacations during the summer time. Corfu Hotel position is great for young and older people. Nice and friendly environment under fully inovated facilities, special Greek and Cyprus recipes for dinner and nice buffet during breakfast. Once a week there is a fantastic barbeque night.

" My husband and I stayed in this hotel... "
Submitted By: Mrs SB Bonnici
My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 7 days in April 2008.
We were given very nice sea view room overlooking the pool and the
Fishing hardboard. The pool area was great , very clean and modern
with iviskus and bouganville flowers.
The breakfast and dinner was excellent buffet. Lovely and friendly staff.
The location is fabulous as is five minutes away from the Grecian beach
and ten minutes from Ayia Napa square. The hotel is in quiet and
peaceful area.
Overall we had a great holidays and this hotel was very good value
for money.

" We were apprehensive after reading... "
Submitted By: Ms C Richards
We were apprehensive after reading conflicting reviews about this hotel and want to give an honest review now to help others. The first feeling was disappointment after seeing the rooms as they are a bit 'tired'. Furniture was chipped and bathroom needed attention. However the rooms are clean, maid service every day with fresh towels etc.
The pool area is lovely with 2 pools, one for kids and good size pool for adults. Flowers surround the area making it very attractive. Breakfast was buffet style with english and continental catered for, a good selection everyday. What wins me over is the position of this hotel. You are 5 mins away from the beautiful harbour beach and 5-10 mins walk into the square where all the action is. It has a quiet position but everything you need is in easy reach. Air conditioning worked well first few days but seemed to just make a noise for the last day or so which made sleeping difficult as it was so hot!
To sum up I think I would consider staying here again. As you only sleep and shower in the room you soon see past the flaws and appreciate what's good about the place like the position and the pool area.

Great hotel, didn't make it to breakfast so cant tell you what that was like really, as when I got in at 7am most mornings I just wanted to sleep after being out all night. Rooms were really good and cleaners were really nice and kept our room tidy (thanks). Pool was nice and quiet, staff were really friendly and always happy to help.
Would go back any time!

" We've booked this holiday last minute... "
Submitted By: Ms H M
We've booked this holiday last minute at a low price - considering this, the hotel came up to our expectations.
It is located on a hill about 10 minutes away from a very nice beach and the centre of Ayia Napa. Apart from our last night there it was very quiet and peaceful.
The pool is quite nice but actually we didn't use it anymore after we witnessed a guest vomiting into the grate next to i,t as the water wasn't changed on a regular basis.
Breakfast was simple but ok, dinner is not to be recommended, though! The first course always consisted of soup which contained - as far as we could tell - leftovers from the day before and had no taste at all. The second course was always a very small amount of salad.
There were two main courses to choose from but whatever we took it was far from satisfying, especially where the meat was concerned. Dessert was either watermelon or ice cream (take the watermelon!). So we didn't regret skipping dinner a couple of times - even a simple sandwich which you can always buy at one of the many supermarkets was way better than that!
Avoid ordering Pina Colada and White Russian at the bar, these cocktails were rather awful.
Rooms are clean enough if you aren't too fussy. The furniture is a bit worn-out but the beds were quite comfortable. The balcony is small but the view is nice!

Just had a great holiday. Stelios and his staff are very helpful with all your needs, nothing is too much trouble for them.
The location of the hotel could not be better it is only 5 mins walk to the beach and bars and restaurants.
The pool area at the hotel is very picturesque and peaceful. The food was excellent. Cleanliness is absolutely first class.
Could not have had a better holiday we will certainly return.

I was really surprised by this 3 star hotel which was way above my expectations.
Beautiful gardens, amazing pool, relaxing atmosphere. The staff was helpful and always with a smile on their face. As for the food it was great.
The location was perfect, five minutes walking from the beach and less than 10 from the square. We loved it and considering the price, we are definitely going back.

" This really is the worst hotel ever.... "
Submitted By: Mrs C Tait
This really is the worst hotel ever. When we booked with Mercury Direct, we were not aware that Ayia Napa was seasonal and that we had book the last two weeks of the season. They took full payment and gave little information. This holiday was a change of booking as we were supposed to go to Australia originally and couldn't make it. Mercury Direct offered us this hotel and did not give or forward any information. We should have asked more but instead we decided to research it ourselves.
When we arrived, the night porter/desk clerk was continually asleep and always drunk. When he did speak, he talked gibberish and said his name was Captain Kirk? 1st morning we paddled through a broken sewerage drain leaking raw sewerage all over the car park to get to our vehicle. The hotel was very quiet and had a dead atmosphere which guests were complaining about on 1st week, 2nd week most guests departed and the hotel turned off the pool bar, water feature and music.
In fact, the hotel was on close down mode and was like a ghost town. The food was boring and repetative but on the 2nd week, it was so bad we ate out in the evening. Breakfast dwindled and our 2nd to last day, we were given just eggs! Our last morning, we were given no breakfast at all even though it was paid for as they had shut the restaurant for the close of season! We had a 5 hr flight and were starving! Not even a cup of tea.
The lift and hallways smelled strongly of sewerage on the last week. I assume the lack of guests meant the toilets were not getting flushed. Our air con was fixed so that it was only recycling warm air (no cool air at all) On the last week, we returned late one night to find a mouse running around our 4th floor room. We reported it twice without any action being taken. Petrified to sleep with the mouse running around. We then noticed rodent poison traps in eating areas and also in overhanging vines! Had the worst case of jippy tummy ever and was in pain and never away from pharmacy.
Hotel owner intimidating especially when he realised we had lodged a complaint with our travel rep who was hopeless! Travel company, Mercury Direct, most unhelpful and despite reporting faults, did nothing to help. Finally, Mercury Direct actually investigated and came back accusing us of lies and mistruths?
Funny thing is we had told them when we lodged the complaints that we did not wish any refund etc as we were in the middle of purchasing a holiday home in the resort so we had no need to colour the truth? They were the most difficult and neglectful company we have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
If you have booked to go to this hotel, change it now before it's too late.
