Hinton Firs Hotel

First and foremost thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay at the Hinton Firs Hotel. Please accept my sincerest apologies that the bedroom did not meet your expectations. There is a continual process of discreet yet high-quality improvements at the hotel. Within the last 6 months duvets and plump pillows have been introduced into all bedrooms, replacing blankets. Similarly, new luxury leather head boards are in the majority of rooms. Room 21 and Room 25 are pictured on the hotel website, featuring modern furniture and bright yet soft cream colour schemes. These are a representation of the standard of the refurbished bedrooms. This includes fully sandstone effect tiled bathrooms, along with better designed rooms incorporating space saving furniture where possible. Many of the hotels rooms are up to the standards indicated by the photos. However, there are some bedrooms that are more traditionally styled. The successful development program will ensure that all bedrooms are in line with that exemplified on the website in the near future. As regard the infectious hospitality at the hotel. We have always prided ourselves on this and look forward to our guests experiencing this long into the future. When making future reservations please indicate whether you have a preference for a modern styled or a more traditional kind of bedroom. The reservation team will endeavor to allocate the most appropriate bedroom for you.
